The nature's fusion mushroom vegetables soup Dolsot with pork belly
These few days is hard to find a less crowded eating place due to Deepavali Holiday. I then remembered about Intermark The nature's fusion restaurant which I haven't visited since the lockdown begin, I decide to go there for dinner.
After looking at the menu, I decided to try their mushroom vegetables soup Dolsot. There are 5 options when you order this, mushroom vegetables only, with herbal chicken, with pork belly, with Asari clam, with Australian beef slice. It also comes along with rice noodle, egg white noodles or brown rice depending on your choice. dolsot means "stone pot" in Korean, it is a small-sized piece of cookware or serveware made of agalmatolite. In Korean cuisine, various hot rice dishes such as bibimbap or gulbap (oyster rice) as well as plain white rice can be prepared and served in dolsot. As a dolsot does not cool off as soon as removed from the stove, rice continues to cook and arrives at the table still sizzling. I order for myself the mushroom vegetables soup Dolsot with pork belly and egg white noodles, the total cost for it is RM20.90 after service tax included. The mushroom vegetables soup Dolsot with pork belly portion is a lot. if you are not a big eater yourself, you might be able to share it with another person and still feel full after finishing it. Inside contain a lot of vegetables and the soup is great, it is a wonderful dish if you feel like eating vegetables.
