My Vietnam Journey Part 6: I put together random pics sent to me by my staff while I am on quarantine. I really missed eating this very tasty Vietnamese dish. But i cannot do anything because i cannot join them outside. Bún bò Huế or bún bò is a popular Vietnamese soup containing rice vermicelli and beef. Huế is a city in central Vietnam associated with the cooking style of the former royal court. The dish is greatly admired for its balance of spicy, salty, and umami flavors. The predominant flavor is that of lemongrass. The dishes cooked by small restaurants are more tasty and more authentic compared to the ones from hotels and big restaurants. So when you visit Vietnam, this is a MUST-TRY food.
