This happens to me most of the time...overthinking. During the early part of my life as an OFW, i am always thinking how my family manages everything at home, how my husband is being taken cared of because he is under medication for diabetes, and everything that a mother would do if I am living with them. During those times, i always feel unhappy and crying every night. It was really a struggle. My husband would often call me and ask me to go back home. But as time passes by, we get used to it. I spend most of my time at work to avoid dull moments. I trained myself to focus on positive thoughts and now we got used to the situation. I am now on my 17th year in Vietnam. Thanks to technology, we can have face time or video calls to update situations and talk face to face. This was a very good one to kill boredom and homesickness. But the most powerful weapon is prayer. I lift up everything to the Lord.
