難得到飯店吃鴨九華樓…第一次來，要不是朋友聚餐約也不會自己來這種地方吃飯烤鴨一隻就要2180，嚇到。其他吃法還要再加錢

九華樓的烤鴨很有名~ 應該有要價2180元的價值吧....

我記得這種東西要醃過風乾再烤，烤的過程還要不斷刷蜂蜜水還是醋水一類，非常費工，整個過程好像要兩天，做得好的貴一點也是合理。
