Rejoice because you are alive! Human beings are the most wonderful beings in the universe, God our creator made us that way with all the characteristics to be a great imitation of him. But you know what? He gave us free will and with it we choose to be the best or the worst people. I have come to the conclusion that we all have some good and some bad things too. By this I mean that people who we consider very good, very charitable, or very empathetic at some point in their lives may react in ways that seem to us to be evil or cruel. And there is also the case of people who we consider too vile, too evil and who at some point in their lives act with goodness. Not all of us are totally evil and not all of us are totally good.

It can also happen that sometimes our way of judging people leads us to formulate an erroneously made concept of them. This could be due to the events surrounding the moment in which our appreciation of said person occurred. We are not people who have the rod to be a divine judge. I don't think we should judge harshly the people around us. There are always second chances and in any case there can be a 70 times 7. Have you imposed forgiveness of this kind on yourself? Or do you just get to the first few and throw in the towel? Forgiving those who offend us is not easy. But we love to ask forgiveness for our sins and we want to be forgiven not 70 but millions of times. But as we ask forgiveness to God we do not think it is important to ask forgiveness to man. How wrong we are. It’s not to God that we should recant but to our neighbor, with our brother, with our parents, and so on. Because God is a God of love and forgives from the very moment we sin. Are you willing to forgive as our Father does, from the very first moment of the offense? Of course not… we can’t just simply forgive everyone as soon as they do something against us, because we must first forget their offense. We first have to soothe our wounded heart.  That's how we are, as human beings our imperfection leads us to have a very susceptible heart. To take all criticisms as offenses and to let ourselves be carried away by rancor and many times by hatred. If we stop to think a little, we’ll realize that this feeling of anger, of pain only brings to our life a burden and it’s a very heavy one. It hurts our heart, we make ourselves vulnerable to receive many attacks from the outside, because our body lowers its defenses when we feel depressed or under any sad feeling that we cannot control. Viruses and bacteria come into our organism and attack us, they find us defenseless and take advantage of us to make their attack and remain as unwelcome guests in the organism. Apart from feeling bad because our heart is sore because of the offense received, our body is also sensitized and brings more burdens to our being. We don’t realize it. Generally our thinking leads us to believe that we are just unlucky and everything goes wrong. But this is not the case, it’s we who unprotect ourselves and it’s us who make ourselves vulnerable. And you know something else?  Maybe the person you think hurt you intentionally or unintentionally never knew you were like this, simply by making your own decision to carry in your body and in your mind a negative way of thinking, to carry those burdens inside your mind, inside your heart and to want to remain with resentment. My intention here is not to recriminate. Nor to act as a judge for those who keep in their heart that barrier. My intention is to make it clear that it’s more beneficial for our life to forgive and forget the offenses that are done to us. In this way we will keep our body's immune system always alert to any toxic form that wants to cross our defense barrier and harm us physically and mentally. Be alert. Heal yourself. Forgive as quickly as you can. Forget the offenses. Forgive the one who offended you. Because remember that every day you say to the Father: "forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us" Or do you lie to His face? Has this happened to you?  It has happened to me. I realize that I have asked the Father for forgiveness and yet I have not forgiven. And then another question comes to my mind and heart… How does the Father look at me knowing that my prayer is a lie?  I am ashamed, because I too have sinned through hatred and resentment. But I assure you that I do everything humanly possible to not resent anyone anymore, to free myself from my low feelings, to forgive, to forget and to have a heart as clean as crystal. And when I say that and I intend it, God helps me to clean it. That's why I live in peace, because my heart lives in peace. I’m not sick in body or mind and all because the forgiveness of 70 times 7 has its reason for being, because the action of forgiveness has no end. Because we need to stop taking the way of being of other people as attacks against us, because from the very moment we can feel that we are affected we must immediately release it and stop taking things, words and acts of others personally. No one attacks us, no one wants to hurt us, unless they are truly a psychopath but that is another chapter. So the best thing to do is to think of our body as soap and let all the words and actions we can think of come against us slip into it. Make our mind do like the superheroes, whose bodies make bullets bounce off of them. That same thing we must do with our mind and let the negative things bounce around us. Life is short, it brings us so much beauty every day and if our mind is closed we don't see it and we don't live it. Let's be happy, let's at least try to be happy with what we have. Because what we have is what we have and we should be thankful for it. I am thankful for my read.cash family, for my life, for forgiveness and for 70 times 7. I give thanks for the much or for the little. I give thanks for being here today, for my family and for my son.
