Realisation: Sometimes work feels lighter when we do it without complaints. Sometimes when I look at tree branches I think about my dreams and how far they are to reach. At this age I'm really dreaming so much of retirement and having financial stability. And I would say I'm terrified of the future. Retirement age in the UK is 68 years old. I'm 30 but I feel like my body is 50 already. In my constant worries I forget to live in the moment. Im trying to teach myself to not do this and to appreciate the present.
