A cute bumblebee visited my borage flowers the other day. I purchased a pack of borage seeds when I first moved into this house in 2014, because I saw on the package that pollinators love it. The plants themselves never did very well in my garden - all parts of them are edible, but the leaves always turn brown and look like they’re struggling with some kind of disease, so I never tried eating them. They grow abundantly in my garden nevertheless. In the past 7 years I never planted a single seed, but they love to self-seed and come back in random places of my garden. This year they decided to show up next to the bench I usually sit on. Although they don’t look pretty with those brown leaves, I let them grow for the sake of the bees. They repay me by posing for pretty pictures like these 💙

I have seen this flower in our nature. I like to help bees. I have to buy it too. 🌞💙
Wow..you were able to capture it..it didn't fly 😅
The bees must be thanking you for providing for them. Still, a beautiful photo. Lovely.
