pray

It was my mother thought me how to pray when i was a 6 years old, she told me to pray Our Father even though i had hard time to memorize it but she patiently wait the time i do it own myself my be it was a year before i already memorizes it. That time i dont really understand the meaning of it, but in school we have time to learned about bible and our teacher explain the meaning of every prayer.When i was in college my theology professor told us the power of prayer and how to pray my spiritual knowledge broaden and have faith and as every journey in my life i will say it is a very powerful sword that we can use to fight and survive in every battle we must take in our life. My professor say that: We must give praise the Lord in every prayer that we do. Give thanks Ask for guidance and strength I was very thankful with my mother because she thought me first how to pray and also she enrolled me in catholic school that's why i became strong in every problems that i encounter, but first i always thank the Lord for giving me the strength. It is very important that as a parent we must first teach our children how to pray because that will be their foundation on how they will fight the battle in life.
