Ingredients
1 onion chopped
5 cloves garlic minced
1bsp olive oil
1/2kl squash cut into cube
5 pcs okra sliced into 2cut
4 medium-size eggplant sliced three cut

2 tsp oyster sauce
Preparation
In a pan put olive oil saute onion, garlic when it turns light brown put all the vegetables add the oyster sauce let it simmer, do not overcook it is more healthy when it is half cook.
