Hello everyone! Today Russia is celebrating Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War. For me, this is the day of memory of my grandfathers who fought in that war. My mother's father died and did not return from the war. This year it's a very strange Victory Day when right now Russia is at war... I spent the day at home. I took this photo on May 9, 2018. The memorial in my city, which lists the names of the Elektrostal inhabitant who did not return from the front, where an eternal flame burns in memory of them, on May 9 was simply littered with flowers. I was there when all the official events had already ended. But people kept coming and bringing more and more flowers. * Всем привет! Сегодня в России отмечают День Победы в Великой отечественной войне. Для меня это день памяти моих воевавших на той войне дедов. Мамин отец погиб не вернулся с войны. В этом году это очень странный День Победы, когда прямо сейчас Россия ведёт войну... Я провела день дома. А эту фотографию я сделала 9 мая 2018 года. Мемориал в моём городе, где перечислены имена не вернувшихся с фронта электростальцев, где горит в память о них вечный огонь, 9 мая был просто завален цветами. Я была там, когда все официальные мероприятия уже закончились. Но люди всё подходили и приносили новые и новые цветы.
