Hello everyone! I saw this scene in Florence in front of the House-Museum of Dante Alighieri. 700 years have passed and Dante looks at the evil demon from Hell Farfarello right next to his house in his native Florence. The house of Dante looks convincingly ancient, but it was restored in the XX century. The question was studied carefully and, it seems, restored the house in the very place where the Dante family lived. But the tour guide assured us that pavement was preserved from the XII century. Farfarello stood there stock-still, but when somebody threw a coin, he began to shout loudly and hoarsely. Acoustics among the narrow stone streets is very good. Therefore the screams sounded very loud. I took this photo in April 2013. * Всем привет! Такую сценку я наблюдала во Флоренции перед Домом-музеем Данте Алигьери. Прошло 700 лет и Данте смотрит на злого демона из Ада Фарфарелло прямо около своего дома в своей родной Флоренции. Дом Данте выглядит убедительно старинным, но восстановлен он был в XX веке. Вопрос изучали тщательно и, вроде бы, восстановили дом на том самом месте, где жила семья Данте. А вот про мостовую экскурсовод нас заверила, что она сохранилась с XII века. Фарфарелло стоял, замерев, но когда ему кидали монетку, начинал громко и хрипло что-то выкрикивать. Акустика среди узких каменных улиц очень хорошая. Поэтому вопли звучали очень громко. Состоялась эта встреча в апреле 2013 года.
