Just a survey. Do you guys read long articles here? Or you just scan through them and leave comments based on it's title? I'm really curious because someone wrote and said that he doesn't read long articles. I'm quite disappointed with that because I'm sure that authors are putting in a lot of effort to think and write good contents but in the end it is ignored.

The effort in writing and reading should be equal
I read long articles if the flow of the article is well organize enabling me to read more, because honestly some long articles are full of words but the thought or the message the writer wants to convey is not well establish. I'm not saying that I'm a great writer that all my articles are great, this is an opinion as a reader😊
I agree with you that there are some articles that you just can't figure out what the author is trying to say. Sometimes, I don't read such articles too. But for real nice articles no matter how long it is I take time to read. Thanks for answering by the way.
It's must be equal, since the writer put an effort to write it how long or short the article is, the reader must read first before putting a comment to show an appreciation to the writer.
I am always reading articles no matter how long or short it is. It is a way of learning new things here in read.cash . Its an opportunity for us to expand our knowledge but some are missing those. And its just sad.
Long articles are not already in write page, writer put an effort to type it, so the readers must read 1st before writing a comment weather she/he want a short post only. Just to show respect to the writer. Because if that kind of attitude you show some readers will do the same as well.
Sometimes I just scan or skim the articles or look for the main idea, that was then I will leave a comment.
I do the same thing oftentimes too.
I'm lazy reading long articles sometimes so that's what I do.
I read long articles. This is my challenge to.myself. we must not waste the effort of the one who wrote the article. It's important to read them word for word. We might get new knowledge here

Of course there are still people like that. We definitely feel how the writer feels when he/she is doing the article. We cannot let his/her effort go to waste. This will serve as motivation for them to write more
