Can you forgive someone who hurts you badly?
No one knows what or where life will takes us. Definitely we will meet people with different stories behind them. Some of them will gives us happiness and joy but there are some that will certainly break our hearts. Often when somebody hurts our feelings deeply, we tend not to talk to that person who caused us deep anger and breaks our trust. Others may develop grudges and resentments to the person who hurts them. **But is it good not to forgive someone who caused you so much pain?** **or is it important to give our forgiveness?** In this world full of struggles and dramas in life, forgiving is often hard to be given to those individuals who made mistakes. Living yourself with hatred or anger won't make you happy in life. But forgiveness is a hard decision and commitment. **Why not give them another chance and forgive them?** By forgiving someone who caused you so much pain, you will definitely gain peace, peace of mind and have peaceful life. You may not bring back the past yet your better future awaits you when you forgive. By forgiveness does not mean that their mistakes are being forgotten but it is a choice to show mercy and not to hold on to hatred and anger for it might eat you alive forever . *As what Lewis B. Smedes from Goalcast said,* ***"To forgive is to set the prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you."*** Everyone we meet indeed have certain reasons and purposes to our lives. We should always remember that we must never regret a day in our life. When those people makes our days happy, be grateful to them. But if not instead, they're making our days gloomy and hurts us or breaks our trust, always remember that bad days will give us experiences and lessons in life. Forgiveness is a new chance for another beginning and everyday is another chance to change your life. Thank you! " forgive others so that ALLAH Almighty ( GOD) will forgive you" and in my opinion if you want to move on and forget what the other person did with you so you just have to forgive them it will help you to forget about your past but remember one thing forgive them but don't forget what they did to you so don't trust them blindly again ☺️👍
You said it right 😊 Life will be much lighter if you let go the agony and hatred in your heart. Be forgiving for we are human and we commit mistakes too but we should learn our life lessons from what happened.

I do forgive easily. But I will never forget. That's why I am very choosy person in giving my trust. Once you break it. Then consider yourself out of my life.
That's what I do too, I will never forget what someone has done to me. I will serve it as a lesson and reminder to my self never to trust easily. Forgiving unburdens ones heart of unnecessary emotional baggage. It does one a whole lot of good. However one may still at some point in time remember the wrong done as forgiveness may not always go with forgetting.
Yes, you're right there my friend. Anyone who did wrong can be forgiven but what has been done cannot be forgotten. It will stay just like a mark in someone's life.
