This is one of the domes (stupa) at the Swayambhunath in Kathmandu, or more famously known as the "Monkey temple". Do you see the eyes? That's the Buddha's eyes, which you can see everywhere you go in Nepal. These eyes are the symbol of the country, meaning, "all-seeing".
