Psyching myself up mentally to face the challenges of today. Don't I hate it when people spill negative vibes on me, spoiling my mood. It's been a tough week and I'll surely welcome the weekend break. Nevertheless, this reminds me of the physically harsh life that women endure through the generations in a poor country like Nepal. I had the opportunity to experience it personally for a week back in May/June 2019 and boy, am I glad to be born in Malaysia. #Travel
