One thing that struck me during my visit to the Netherlands was how the bicycle is their primary mode of transport. As I don't know how to cycle (forgotten how), I wanted to look for a local who also doesn't know how... my friend says that I'll be stuck there forever looking for this person. Wouldn't I love that? hohoho!
