This is 'wet' popiah. A street food where I come from, Malaysia. This is regularly found at night markets. Stuffed primarily with turnip strips and fried shrimps, it is best eaten as is or with chilli/tomato sauce. The difference betten a good or not so good popiah, in my opinion, is in the thickness of the wrap. This one was just nice. #FoodPhotography
