I was in a moving vehicle when I passed by this cafe in Taipei, Taiwan. Although this is a blurred photo, it tells that Taiwan is a dog-friendly country. I have been to many countries where people can freely take their dogs out, not only for a walk, but on public transports and join the owner for some cafe time, mostly together outside. In Taiwan, however, I saw two occasions where the dogs were indoors. I am so envious of this freedom, as Malaysia is a Muslim country and the people are definitely not as tolerant.
