3 working days per week This afternoon, our boss ask to conduct a meeting at around 5 pm. We wondered what it is about. At first we thought that it is just a simple meeting so most of us attended. During the meeting I can feel the awkwardness of our boss as well as the other leaders. At first, our boss discussed our revenue for the past month of June and July and it obviously is not looking good.

Now, the trend is going down so the management have decided that since we are over staffed by 17 people, they can either have additional floating agents or to have a reduced work hours for all active agents. Way back in March our normal working day is 5 days but it was reduced to only 4 days. And now, it is being reduced to 3 days. It was a sad new to all of us but we don't have a choice. Our industry was affected by the pandemic. I guess all industry was. And now, I am only just hopeful that I can find a sideline to help me with my expenses. I'm still hoping and praying for the best.
