Hello everyone! I've been more of a lurker here on Noise and throw hearts here and there but it's been a struggle to get back to posting...got a little discouraged with all the changes but it was on alfa after all and changes would come sooner or later...but meh...It was so much fun to tip good content as I see fit...oh well..it is what it is! This is still the best place of engagement and more rewarding than Twitter anyway lol I will try to be more consistent 💪

Hello hello! Today I decided to get back to running! Last year I stopped because was called to do some work and a few days passed and I kept that as an excuse. This time I hope to keep up and follow the app and even if I stop I will get back to it even if turns to be once a week! I need this! Today wasn't too bad apart from the usual pain on the leg but I want to believe it's because of my weight so I will keep going while it lets me lol I also kept tracking my walk so was a good exercise and the after power nap felt amazing 🤣🏃🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️ #Fitness

Happy Sunday! Damn I'm slacking posting here...need to get back and create some kind of routine. Been doing other things on the background and making me slack on social media in general, which I shouldn't set aside if I want to build my brand. Keep showing up and provide quality content and followers will show up and one day will turn into fans! How's your social media routine to keep yourself up to date and in top of mind of others?

After almost 2 weeks of quarantine, because my little one got in contact with one of his little friends with Covid, I'm on that stage of missing the sun and the sea even when I like to be indoors lol I miss my morning walks!! But fortunately, David's test got negative and soon we will be back to some kind of normal 🙏❤ The ball was a present to the kids in his class after the nasty test and he loves it 😊
