Bienvenidos a la comunidad
**Hola a todos ¿Cómo están?**
Primero que nada feliz inicio del mes de Abril que se levanta frente a nosotros. Espero que se encuentren muy bien, a decir verdad no soy de escribir mucho porque a veces las cosas las podemos resumir en pocas palabras usando pocos recursos.
Esta comunidad como habrán leído en las reglas, ha sido creada con el propósito crucial de hacer notar la comunidad de habla hispana que se ha visto muy opacada sinceramente.
A medida que pase el tiempo espero poder ver al menos a algunos compañeros de habla hispana en el sitio publicando lo que mejor les guste, creo que no es un sueño tan complicado.

Como la comunidad está apenas empezando solo aceptaré a algunos usuarios de los cuales les tengo mucha confianza tanto como personas como en su contenido, esto lo hago para evitar problemas con el spam que puedan cometer algunos usuarios, se tratará de ser lo más estricto con ese tema y seleccionar solo aquellos buenos usuarios que hayan tenido buena reputación tanto acá como en la extinta noisecash.
Creo que la meritocracia la podré aplicar casi al 100% en esta comunidad, no soy perfecto pero daré lo mejor de mi.
A medida que se desarrolle la comunidad pues probablemente se le dé oportunidad a nuevos usuarios siempre velando por su calidad

Por si no quedó muy claro el tema de las reglas arriba voy a desglosar un poco lo que quiere decir cada punto planteado.
La comunidad tendrá una duración de un cierto tiempo que no podré decir por motivos de rentabilidad.
Las recompensas probablemente estén presentes en la comunidad las cuales serán otorgadas por usuarios anónimos.
Habrá un mínimo de publicaciones de entre 5 a 20 por semana, esto para evitar saturar la comunidad, y evitar el spam y el contenido duplicado, a la vez de incentivar que existan otros usuarios que sean vistos.
Tengo pensado usar el sistema manual para detectar spam pero me basaré en la buena fe de algunos usuarios que estarán en la comunidad.
Los patrocinantes o personas que apoyan la monetización de la comunidad serán anónimos 100% para evitar ciertos problemas que se suelen dar con respecto a este tema.
El contenido podrá realizarse simplemente colocando un máximo de 3 líneas de texto, si el usuario quiere exceder la norma lo puede hacer pero de manera voluntaria u opcional.

Recomiendo a sobre todo los nuevos usuarios el no obsesionarse con el tema de la recompensa, esto ha sido tanto la bendición como maldición de una comunidad en donde se recompense y se dinero a los creadores de contenido.
Se busca más allá de dar visibilidad y recompensar a creadores de contenido el que se unan cada vez más patrocinantes anónimos o no que colaboren con el desarrollo de la comunidad mediante ideas y sus votos.
Se tomarán las medidas necesarias para evitar el abuso o la violación de alguna norma.
Puede que hasta este punto a algunos no les haya quedado claro algunos puntos de las reglas y es entendible, cualquier consulta me pueden escribir por acá mismo.

My Noise Cash theories and proposal
Hello to all friends of this community, how are you? I hope you are very well, today I come to show you some of my publications in the noise.cash platform.
I registered a few months ago when the reward system they had was very different from the one they have now.
**Spammers**
It has to be said but like everything else, at the beginning noise.cash didn't have well defined rules unlike this platform where it has key points and a good glossary of things you shouldn't do. Many people entered the platform with the idea of just copying and pasting content they saw on the net and displaying it there. Obviously that's very wrong but noisecash didn't make that clear in the beginning, although it doesn't justify the actions of many users.
A few months ago spammers abounded and it was very annoying that every post you made on the platform would get a comment like "hello" "good content" "cool" that filled the platform and your post with rubbish.
**The creation of channels versus chambers**
Let's take it one step at a time... Chambers were useful in the beginning, but nowadays they don't make much sense. It is good that people or users can create content on different topics, but the problem with chambers is that they have little moderation and many take advantage of them to duplicate their posts in other chambers and make a blatant duplicate.
The channels have been one of the strategies that noise has taken in a good way to avoid spammers, but it has not yet taken much power because it would be necessary to remove the chambers once and for all. I think and I imply that chambers should not be removed yet because there are users who are still very active there and use it to reach hundreds or thousands of users, which is not possible in some channels, although that is debatable.
Another thing that was seen coming is that the channels are the discussions and fights between the same users as some may have their rules that for some may seem a bit "hard" but it is necessary that this is carried out. There are divisions but that's normal on any platform, you're never going to be liked by everyone, and you never have to be liked by everyone.
In Hispanics there have been many controversies with the channels, I've even had some debates with some users, some are much more radical than others, and use concepts that for me are far from reality.
There are channels that for me are worth it, despite their rules, they keep a clean space free of spammers, but like everything else there are channels that leave much to be desired.
It is no secret that many spammers take advantage of the "happy hour" when hearts are worth a lot, and created channels among themselves to give themselves hearts, it is sad and regrettable that it happens, I must say that I was very surprised, I did not imagine that they were going to organize to do that.
**Theories that have been put forward about noise cash with regard to rewards**
Well I will give both some of my theories that I think noise administers the rewards and what it labels as quality content.
The first thing is that I think noise condemns users who mark as good content and give hearts to profiles that post worthless things (example: "hello good morning" "copy/paste" stolen images, etc).
The second thing I see is that there are several types of reward blocking, in one the platform allows you to give hearts of good value to other people but doesn't allow you to be rewarded. It can happen the other way around, and the other option is that you can neither receive nor give (this would be if someone marked you as spam).
The third thing I think is that noise wants people to be active in a short period of time, there has been a lot of talk about the time of publication, and the rewards, according to them they say that they deposit $4000 a day on the platform to distribute them on the platform. Now, if more and more users arrive every day, how will they continue to distribute that? that's why I see a lot of complaints about the platform from users with good content, that from one day to the next they stop receiving rewards.
This third theory I think is the one I'm most attached to, I think there have been so many new users that there's no way to give out rewards to everyone. I would like to believe that the rewards are not being random, although I have seen good rewards from people who only post one line of text, and they are hearts not deposits.
My opinion about what the reward system should be like
I have talked about this from my noise profile and what I can say is the following. Regarding the short posts, before I didn't agree that they should exist, but we all know that there are users who usually post valuable content and sometimes make very short content as a greeting, I would not touch that profile as a spammer. Now what I would do to be fair, is not to let that person receive any kind of rewards, but that they are blocked, unless they make their own content and much longer. The other thing is that this person can receive rewards but can't receive much, like the renoise, where the original author receives 80% of the tips, while 20% goes to the person who gave them renoise. Another thing that seems good to me is that for short publications they should be given an automatic shadowban so that their publication doesn't have much reach.
I want to clarify that this is just my personal opinion, it's what I think is fairer, because I don't think it's right that one person gets good tips for a line of text, while another user who spent hours creating a good post with his own images gets no support at all.
My proposal on the platform
Now what many have thought about my proposal for noise cash (and maybe in the future for read cash) I have been supporting the content of many users of the noise cash platform that I find interesting. The popularity of Hispanics in noise is higher than here. Here are some examples of my proposals in noise publications.
Important note: They are written in Spanish because it is obviously my native language, and I would like to make a change here too, I plan to bring the best noise cash content creators here and make a kind of channel or bridge between both platforms. With this I hope that some other people will be encouraged to support readcash as well. I have a great time, I have a lot of fun with what people post and I want there to be a weight here too.
Recently I saw a video of a user in Spanish where he explained the operation of this site, although he failed to say some key things but yes, for no one is a secret how overshadowed we Hispanics are here, and I do not say this as a complaint to the site or anything like that, that's why I'm here to give my support if possible in the future to this place too and especially to people from my country. I have seen that there are no whales here or I have not seen any at the moment, but there is a special bot that randomly gives its own and sees if you comply with the rules of the site and then rewards you.
I have marked certain contents in Spanish that can be published here and that can be successful, although I only see communities in English, I don't know if in the future communities can be created in Spanish.
I have supported some users through the powerful QR tool to encourage them to create quality content and have fun on the platform, which I think is the main idea that everyone should have. I may have overdone some of the rewards or there may be people who don't agree with some of the deposits I make but that's a matter for debate.

Mi Presentación y propuesta para la plataforma (Español)
Hola como están? comunidad de read.cash. La verdad quisiera tratar de ser lo más breve posible con este post pero siguiendo las normas de la plataforma. Creo que me voy a inspirar mucho en algunas publicaciones que he visto que cumplen cada lineamiento para que este post pase de buena forma.

Vivo en Venezuela, en este país que quizás algunas o muchas personas conozcan de buena o mala manera, aunque yo me quedo con lo positivo. Lo que les puedo decir es que me siento orgulloso pese a todos los problemas que existen en el país de haber nacido acá y nunca me arrepentiré de ello.
Para los que se preguntan si me pienso ir del país, lo veo muy poco probable, sinceramente pienso que me voy a quedar acá aún con todos los problemas económicos que pueda tener mi país y la atención negativa en cierta forma que recibe.

Pues la foto es de "gust" del manga berserk, lo cual es una obra muy majestuosa que me encanta demasiado. Es una pena que no se haya podido terminar la obra pero aún así la recomiendo mucho ya que te da una idea de que se puede luchar por los sueños y huir del destino al cual pareces pertenecer. Creo que se resume en eso, en luchar y nunca caer y dejar que las circunstancias adversas de la vida te desanimen a poder seguir hacia una meta en concreto.
Me identifico mucho con el personaje a fin de cuentas.
Mi propuesta para la plataforma
Me gustaría sinceramente ser curador de la plataforma para apoyar a algunos usuarios sobre todo de mi país, y darle ese apoyo e impulso que necesitan sus contenidos. No se si en un futuro se puedan crear comunidades para personas que hablen español como tal, sería una gran idea. Tengo muchas cosas en mente para realizar. La plataforma de read.cash me fascina su sencillez al igual que noisecash, el único problema que veo es que se necesitan mas personas que logren seguir las normas y también las personas que apoyen.
Espero que en un futuro no muy lejano podemos ver a muchas personas en esta plataforma que se estén beneficiando de buena manera por el contenido que publican.
Si bien es cierto que esta plataforma nos dice claramente que esto no es un trabajo y no hay que tomárselo como tal, debemos saber publicar por aportar valor a esta comunidad y no tanto por el dinero. Es un consejo que seguramente muchos han escuchado al respecto.
Para este post no pretendo realizar algunas imágenes propias ya que quizás lo haga mas adelante, acá me quiero concentrar en lo escrito para que no se opaque tanto con los diseños

Actualmente trabajo por internet en una plataforma de microtareas, y en mis tiempos libres freelanceo como diseñador gráfico para clientes que tengo desde hace tiempo. He reunido cierto capital que pretendo utilizar como curador para apoyar aquel contenido que veo interesante en la plataforma. Ya comencé con mis dinámicas en noise y ahora quiero hacerlo en esta pagina que me parece el foco central del asunto.
Diferencias entre noisecash y readcash
En mi opinión diría que son muy parecidas pero lo que hace que read.cash sea algo diferente es en cuanto a los artículos que tienen que ser mucho más elaborados a diferencia de noise cash. Sin embargo en cuanto a interfaz de usuario creo que es casi lo mismo, solo algunas cosas tiene esta plataforma de manera "extra" pero nada tan complicado de ver.
El mecanismo de recompensas
Pues bien esto me ha tomado por sorpresa eso del bot. Yo pensaba que acá se manejaba el mecanismo de tener ballenas que regulen los votos y todo eso pero veo que tampoco es el caso. Obviamente se que deben haber y existir inversores en esta plataforma aunque deben ser pocos.
Contenido hispano y anglosajón
Pues no parece haber una excepción a la regla en cuanto al idioma se refiere, creo que hay mucho mas contenido en inglés que en español, yo no se si eso pueda cambiar en un futuro, tampoco estoy muy seguro sobre si se puede publicar en 2 idiomas distintos para tener mayor alcance (pero creo que no se puede sinceramente). Creo que acá existe cierta libertad para expresarse de manera respetuosa siguiendo las normas cruciales y todo eso.
Creo que se puede usar un filtro para buscar contenido en español o inglés, aunque con una simple búsqueda en la barra de arriba se puede filtrar mucho mejor y más rápido.
Regularidad de mis publicaciones
En esto seré completamente honesto, yo no suelo publicar mucho contenido ni siquiera en noisecash, que se puede decir que es más rápido para publicar cierto tema en un corto lapso de tiempo y con menos palabras que acá, pero no me gusta publicar mucho contenido. A lo mucho suelo publicar una sola vez a la semana pero creo que acá probablemente sea una vez cada 2 semanas o una publicación por mes. A mi me gusta la calidad frente a la cantidad. Además de que se me hace mucho más fácil reunir información para luego pensar y escribir, y teniendo en cuenta además de que quiero ser una especie de "curador" en este lugar pues no le veo mucho sentido publicar mucho. Simplemente lo hago como para dar el "ejemplo" y motivar a los demás usuarios a que participen de esta plataforma.
Conclusión
Bueno espero llevarme muy bien con todos los usuarios de esta plataforma, sobre todo con los hispanos. Veo un futuro muy prometedor en esta plataforma, creo que se puedan hacer y publicar muchas cosas interesante y porque no? aprender un poco cada día. Los retos o dinámicas que se suelen hacer por acá y que he visto a usuarios de buen renombre que participan en las mismas. Es interesante este mecanismo ya que con eso se pueden motivar muchas personas a ser mucho más activos y aportar valor que es lo ideal acá.
Nunca hay que dejar de leer, porque leyendo y analizando es que se pueden aportar opiniones, ideas, y de muchas más cosas de valor a las personas que nos rodean.
