Hello everyone, This dessert is famous in the city where I live. We call it künefe. It is a delicious and sorbet dessert. It contains unsalted cheese. Optionally, peanuts can be added. Cheese and optionally peanuts are placed in a phyllo-like material called wire kadayif, and it is covered with kadayif again. Syrup is poured on top and served. Since it contains cheese and this cheese melts, it is a dessert that should be consumed hot.
