FOODlog #398: Mutton with Chili Peanut Pulled Noodles (羊肉拉面) 🥢🥜🌶️🐐 Made this 'la mien' dish using dried 'la mien' and tossed it with a peanut sauce made with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, peanut butter (creamy), and our signature chili oil. Salty, savory, creamy, and packed with umami exploding flavors. Topped with sesame seeds and freshly sliced spring onions for color, this was a real treat for our staff meal today. My second time making this particular noodle dish but this time I added the mince mutton and the mushrooms which made it all the more delicious! It was the perfect accompanying items to make this dish even better than it already is. My next round making this dish, I'll be adding in a poached egg with a runny yolk which I think will complete this dish perfectly!

The egg would take it over the top! Good idea!
