5 Effective Ways to Cope with Uncertainties in Your Life Which stops do we stop by during the day? Where does our mind spend most of its time? In the regrets of the past or in the uncertainty of the future? I think we realize that many things have changed, especially ourselves, with the effect of this very long period we have been through. Sometimes we feel left behind and sometimes we feel stuck in uncertain situations. However, in a life of endless possibilities, calling unknown situations simply negative reduces our way of thinking to a very limited state and reduces our ability to deal with them from the very beginning. I would like to share the 5 most effective ways to deal with uncertainties in all areas of our lives. **1. Look to see the big picture** What does your situation tell you? Find out what message you're sending. If you collect enough information, what you do with the current situation and how you react will determine your whole life stance. So seeing the big picture will prevent you from encountering the same situation again. **2. Be flexible** Life is like running water. It flows constantly. For this reason, instead of clinging to what you know to be true, be open to innovations and newcomers. Just as life is changing, we are also in a constant state of change. Every situation and every person has a specific mission and duration in our life. At least making room for those who come, being able to say goodbye to those who leave will automatically reduce the gray areas in our lives. **3. Get rid of the limbic brain** The part of our brain called the limbic system, also known as the emotional brain, approaches uncertainty with fear in order to protect us. However, when you get rid of emotions, you can look at events through the logic filter that we call rational thinking. Ask yourself how much of the panic you felt when you consciously first encountered uncertainty was real. This question form will help you approach things more rationally. **4. Make use of positive thinking** Uncertainty always includes negative possibilities, but also positive possibilities. When you don't know exactly how an event is going, focus on opportunities instead of focusing on worst-case scenarios. Even though the habits we call our comfort zone cause us to be suspicious of everything new, remember that wherever there is a crisis, there is always an opportunity. Focus on seeing the opportunity in every uncertainty. **5. Try to accept situations that you cannot control** In the face of events that you cannot intervene in life, sometimes all you need is to surrender to the divine flow. Even though you can't see it at the moment, everything is in order within itself. What we call chaos is actually a rhythm. That's why accepting the rhythm as it is, instead of being disturbed by the rhythm, makes us more receptive to situations we don't know. The flow of life in the same direction with us begins exactly with this acceptance. To summarize, the uncertainties that we encounter in many areas of our lives can not always be the harbinger of danger, but also sometimes new opportunities. As we broaden our perspective and begin to manage uncertainties, we will see that a life full of endless possibilities awaits us.

Let's allow ourselves to stand In the past months - probably like many of you reading this right now - I've been covid. It was not an easy process that took more than a month to recover. I never thought I could say this sentence, but this virus, in which many people lost their lives and turned the world order upside down, did not kill me and my loved ones, thankfully, but it healed and strengthened me in a strange way. Don't worry, I'll explain it all. Let's start with the "forced to stop" part that happened to us during the quarantine process. As you all know, you are isolated in a room as soon as you receive positive news. Stopping first has a negative effect. It's a very lonely disease. Even your loved ones leave a tray at your door and run away. When you "stand" alone in the room, you also allow negative thoughts to come and surround you. “Alas, I had to cancel that meeting, I will cancel that training too, oh my god. I'm embarrassed now people. Payments will also be delayed.” The mind produces thoughts that will disturb the peace of mind. Then comes the second stage and you feel the need to blame someone. “From whom could I have caught this virus?” You think about your contacts one by one, you think about where you are going. This is the first question of people on the phone anyway. “Who did you get it from? How did you get it?" No, what if you find it? What are you going to do to him? Does he even know that he has a virus himself? Even if it does, does it knowingly and willingly want to infect it? At the end of the day, my wife, my daughter, our assistant and even our gym instructor were sick. Did I infect them, or did they me? Let's see if you can get out of the business. Then a calm began to come. Maybe we can call it surrender. Resignation. Don't accept what is. Anyway, now. Planned trainings and talks were canceled, all plans were shelved. There was no problem at all. The world was not destroyed, the operation of companies did not stop. And of course, there is this: People like me who work relentlessly, scratch to produce, and sometimes do not have the opportunity to think about what they are doing and why they are not able to stop themselves. I need a reason. Illness, for example, is a wonderful cause in a figurative sense. I felt good when the quarantine was over. I even put an "out of office" message in my e-mails when I tested positive, and I put the day of return exactly one day after the end of the quarantine, assuming that I would recover at the end of the quarantine period. Besides, I didn't cancel my training, which was on the same day. But because life happens to you while you are making plans, I found myself in the hospital with an intense cough that started the next day. The covid released into the lungs seemed to bother me a little more. As the weeks went by and I was feeling a little better, I found myself thinking about work again. I even tried to work in front of the computer a few times, but it didn't work. I couldn't write, draw or work as I wanted. I could never understand why this was so. A dear friend of mine told me, “You can't get better because you don't stop.” said. He was right. In the end, I consciously decided to stop. I've been away from my computer. As the doctor recommended, I went out to the garden and started to get sun. I started doing some meditation. I started reading non-work books. And something interesting happened. Over time, I began to understand why some of the things that didn't go well before I got sick were not going well. And even then, I started not to be sad about many things that I was sad because it didn't happen then. In fact, "Good thing it didn't happen!" I started to say. When some things don't go the way you want, you shouldn't push too hard. This doesn't mean that "If it doesn't happen, let's say there is a reason and don't try". In fact, giving up without trying hard enough doesn't seem right to me under any circumstances. But sometimes we get so caught up in getting what we want in the hustle and bustle of life that we forget to ask ourselves why we want it. “What am I doing right now? What goal, what passion, what do I want to achieve, will this serve?” We keep running like rats in a circle without asking these questions. We're not getting anywhere. I think when you stop, you start to see things more clearly. When we shake the snow globes, we can't see the object inside? However, we have to put it on the ground and that snow must fall to the ground so that the water becomes clear and we can see inside. Covid had such an effect on me during and after. After I got better, I decided to give myself some time off. I emptied my calendar. I took long walks. I tried not to write future scenarios. I still continue. I'm trying to make my options clear. To move forward in this life, to get out of some of the situations we are in, to see that I have different options. So that I don't get stuck where I'm stuck. Unless we change the things we follow on social media, the books we read, the people we talk to, and the subjects we worry about, it is very difficult for us to see that we have different options. I don't have enough knowledge to pontificate on these matters, but now I have experience and for now this stopping thing is not going well at all. I feel that these experiences will allow me to sail to other seas already. I'll write you what happened. Bye now.

It May Be Possible to Change the Flow with Mind Control It took me about half an hour to come up with a title that could fully reflect what I wanted to say for this article. When you read the title, you may have thought of a scene from the movie The Matrix (audience will surely remember). You remember the scene where the spoon is bent but this image reflects an illusion in the Matrix, not reality. Today, in this article, I want to focus on the things that we reflect to the depths of our minds, that is, the web of our lives, the flow of our time, and the things we believe to be true. Some mornings, when we wake up, we feel tired even though we slept all night. We cannot find the strength to get out of bed. There is no job, no place to which our heart can take us, no reality that binds us to life. Our mind whispers that we are worthless, useless, and even that this morning is just like any other morning, that is, an ordinary morning. We have just woken up to another useless, aimless, indifferent morning. We do not have a goal that our heart beats, nor do we believe that we can add value to life… We have all experienced these mornings. Well, let's imagine that we wake up the same morning again and with full energy. Let's imagine that the first moment we opened our eyes, we thanked, jumped out of bed, took a warm shower and went to our morning meditation. We put on our clean clothes and went to work excitedly... We thanked once again for the chance to wake up our loved ones that morning... Then we helped everyone with whom we were in contact all day long with the highest thoughts... Even if we worked all day, our energy never ran out with the beauty of being useful. that words are filled with extremely positive messages such as “I am very lucky, I have a wonderful life, I am in this world to help people and humanity”… We've all experienced this; We feel more energetic and cheerful around some people. When we focus on these people's minds, we witness that they multiply the positive power and have a positive aura that flows spontaneously. Here's how dear Jose Silva and Philip Miele sum it up in The Da Silva Method of Mind Control: “Most people see a cancer cell as something ugly, bad, and sinister that sneaks up on a person's body, and they fear its power. It's like there's nothing our body can do once it's in motion. Whereas a cancer cell is just a normal cell that has lost its mind. It is actually a very stupid cell, often multiplying so fast that it even clogs the blood pathways around it and kills itself. It is also a weak cell. You can cut it off, apply radiation or chemotherapy on it, and once it's sick it can't get better, it dies. Consider the healthy cell. For example, when you cut your finger, it is enough to stick a Band-Aid on it; A healthy cell will heal itself. We know that normal tissues can repair themselves. Healthy cells cannot block their own blood vessels. I believe that we need to reconsider the power we attribute to diseases with our fears, and the images that come to life in our minds with our fears.” Controlling our minds, reality and thoughts is similar to the choices of the cancer cell in this example. When we have a mind that magnifies negativity, fears, failures, the flow brings more negativity to us. It becomes the reality of our mind to see what is missing, what is missing, and failure at every moment. However, we can all train our minds to focus on the good, the positive, and focus on seeing the gifts that the flow brings us every moment. And yes, it is possible to change the course of our lives today by controlling our minds!

We don't always have to be productive I would like to share some of the information I gained from the personal development book that I got from the library the other day. I will have personal development articles like this from time to time. We all go through times like this from time to time, don't we? Tiredness, weariness, maybe the fashionable "burnout syndrome" of the times is the name we experience… Isn't that very normal? After all, isn't it difficult for all of us, all of humanity? The pandemic that has been affecting the world for more than a year, natural disasters caused by the destruction of our nature, seeing our world approaching the end a little more every day, children, women, young people, innocent people who die for no reason... So what about our problems? Just because we think about the problems of the world, we can't think about our own problems and pains, we can't be sad. We could not even experience our own joys. When did we get out of the world's disasters where we could share a ridiculous video or a song we love on social media just because we wanted to? Frankly, all I want to do is travel, read books, take pictures and have a good time with my friends, and enjoy the summer, which is my favorite season. Do you think these requests are selfish when there is so much happening in the world? For example, I started watching the Friends series again a few weeks ago. There must be something strange here if I'm re-watching a TV show where I know almost all the lines of season 10 by heart just to waste my time while there is so much work to be done at home. It's my way of showing that I don't want to step out of my comfort zone, maybe it's me, who knows. A mess, a lethargy, a boredom came into my life. It is almost as if I live only the pleasant aspects of life, and when it comes to the real responsibilities of life (many things can be listed from small examples such as tidying the house to big examples such as world problems). For example, I have to write, one of the things I enjoy most in my life is “I have to do”. Fortunately, I have a website where I can publish my articles and I have a responsibility to them, at least that's how I feel. But for me, it's a responsibility, maybe that's why I can't do it. I can't think of the subject. However, people like me who have a passion for writing always have a topic in mind, believe me. But I have a completely unproductive period in my remaining time, maybe because I have a responsibility, maybe because of the arrival of summer, maybe because of the opening of places in our country and the freedom of being able to go out months later, maybe because I run to the sea on weekends, and because I spend my evenings eating and drinking. I am living right now. However, don't you think that a person's ideas, thoughts, dreams do not increase in such a period? I guess not everyone is like that. As a result, for a while, I felt as if I had no contribution to life other than myself. I was angry with myself for that, but frankly, I wasn't even taking a step to fix this situation. Even though I was too burdened, I almost refused to take any action related to it. As you can see, again a state of indifference… Last week, my psychologist (yes, I'm in therapy and I recommend anyone who has the opportunity to get it) sweetly told me that I shouldn't be too hard on myself, and I agreed. I've had hard times, of course. Just because I'm in a good mood right now and I have a comfortable life, all my movements weren't going to be perfect. If I was going through an unproductive period, of course, I should have lived it to the fullest, without further ado. Many of you have gone through similar times. It wasn't my first, and I know it won't be the last. Because life is quite difficult despite all its beauties. And please know that it is different for everyone. If you see someone doing something wrong, even though it is not malicious, think about the reason and talk to him before judging. My aim in today's article was to say, no matter what you experience in life, no matter what emotion you are in, do not forget that it is all temporary. As long as we do not harm others, we have the right to be lazy, unhappy or asocial. The important thing is to remember that we only need a little time for this and that we should not prolong this time.

A Little Memories of My Childhood Hello everyone, In this article, I would like to share with you a small memory from my childhood. People used to help each other with their work around here. When someone's job was to be done, they would all come together and help. Here again, one day at noon, one gets out of bed before the sun rises in the morning. Faces are washed at dawn with ice-cold water left in the frost of the night and sleep is disturbed. By getting up so early, it is tried to catch the blessings of my day well. What is incredible is how alive the whole village is from the threshold in the early hours, when the doors open and people follow the person quickly. Someone who does not know at all will think that if that moment has come, he will be afraid and think that it is an extraordinary situation. I would like to give my friends a pleasant and longing time by presenting sections from this day of solidarity that came from a short part of my childhood in the village and carried to the present day. Harvest season has come. In the yellow heat, the neck of the ears was bent and covered with wheat. As our locals say, the sickles have been taken away and have already dropped them on the road. The first to come to the crop field have always been the elders. In the early hours of the morning, they went straight to the road and entered the rows of crops one after the other with their sickles and had already begun to pluck. The fact that they have started work for young people from behind is a separate source of motivation. It is the best recipe for them to increase their tempo, embrace the work with enthusiasm, and turn the processed parts into decks. Young people like us, who do not know how to cultivate crops, would contribute to the elders by carrying out deck transport and raking operations behind the rows. During break times, we used to distribute cold water to the adults who rested with water jugs. Young people like us used to actively help their mothers in setting and clearing the table at mealtimes. Therefore, since we are children, our favorite moments are the stories and events told by our grandparents after the helping person ends the dinner given in the evening. If I had my current mind, I would probably write all of them down in a notebook and turn them into a book that could be useful to young people in the future. It is among my plans to turn what I remember vaguely from village stories into a book if I get the chance one day. Let's see what time will show us? Maybe we will spend our old age among these kindhearted people in our village again. Who knows, maybe we won't be able to reach that time. Life is not clear what will happen. See you in our next nostalgic post, goodbye...

How can I promote Read.Cash to others Hello everyone, first of all I have been researching this system for about two weeks. I registered in this system yesterday. At first, I did not fully understand the system. Because before, I had little interest in internet systems and crypto world. I got involved in this system upon the insistence of my friend. The reason I stay away from such systems is, if I remember correctly, I entered a system about five years ago and lost my $500 there. I was interested in this system for two months. I recommended it to my friends. I made some money and then I woke up one morning. The system does not work. Because the owners of the system They unplugged the site and disappeared. Since then, I've been staying away from the work done on the internet. Anyway, I took the word too long. I didn't want to enter this system without researching. I researched and now I'm quite happy. I think I met a nice community. Also, in this system, people share what they earn. This is how my system is made. I am very happy to have such a system. It encourages people to share. I have never encountered such a platform before. As a result of my research, I saw that the more the system is shared, the more it gives. Now I'm thinking of preparing a presentation to explain this platform to others. I will tell you that this system is not like other methods of making money from the internet and that you do not need to deposit money into the system in any way. I will explain that this system evaluates the articles you share and pays accordingly. Then I explain it transparently on my own page. Persuasion differs from person to person. I think that I am someone who knows these systems before, or that I will not have any difficulties with those who are interested. I think the way to bring it to this system is through advice and encouragement. Of course, this path applies to everyone. We can also promote this system through our social media accounts. You can even advertise from social media accounts. I'm just thinking of doing this. I think it will definitely have an effect. If the people we have registered in the system have warmed up to this job, they continue, especially when they start to make money, they show more effort. It is in human nature. He strives for everything he earns. What did they say? There is no bread without labor. Thank you for taking your time to read, I hope to see you in my next post, and I end my article here.
