It is a Filipino dessert made from sweetened coconut strips. During my elementary days, 2001-2004, we can buy for only 2 to 3 pesos only. But at present, 2022 it cost 10 to 15 pesos each. And now, because of sugar price goes high, we can but 75 per pack and only 3 pcs inside. Tsk! Reality..
