Good morning friends! Today it is a traditional fair in Ruma. The traditional Ruma fair dates back to 1747, when Empress Maria Theresa allowed trade in Ruma. Before, the fair was held four times a year, and then from 1957 every first Wednesday of the month until the current regime was changed, every third day of the month, no matter what day it was. This was the case until this pandemic, when the fair was canceled due to epidemiological measures. For the last few months, fairs have been allowed again. Everything is sold at the fair, from a needle to a locomotive. There is a part where domestic animals and agricultural products are sold, then agricultural machines. Stalls where various goods are sold: clothes, various small things needed and unnecessary in the house. And the most interesting are the stalls with various sugars, antique silk candies, brushed alva and liquorice hearts. Danas je tradicionlni vašar u Rumi. Tradicionalni rumski vašar datira još iz 1747. godine kada je carica Marija Terezija dozvolila da se u Rumi trguje. Pre se vašar održavao četiri puta godišnje a onda od 1957. svake prve srede u mesecu dok se nije prešlo na današnji režim, svakog trećeg u mesecu, ma koji dan bio. Tako je to bilo sve do ove pandemije kada je vašar ukinut zbog epidemioloških mera. Evo zadnjih par meseci je ponovo dozvoljeno održavanje vašara. Na vašaru se prodaje svašta, što se kaže od igle do lokomotive. Ima deo gde se prodaju domaće životinje i poljoprivredni proizvodi, zatim poljoprivredne mašine. Tezge na kojima se prodaje raznorazna roba: odevni predmeti, raznorazne sitnice potrebne i nepotrebne u kuću. A najzanimljivije su tezge sa raznim šećerlemama, starinskim svilenim bombonama, ćetenom alvom i liciderskim srcima.
