On our cycling trips through Serbia, my friend Boki and I prepare something on the grill for lunch or dinner at least a couple of times. These are mostly sausages or bacon, because they do not require any special storage conditions, and we prepare the sausage immediately on the day we buy it somewhere along the way. This time grilled bacon and seasonal salad mixed with onions, tomatoes and peppers.
