@ddtpecko more from that month

Maybe someone registered in my comments that I mostly have toasted bread for breakfast. I spread salt on the bread and sprinkle with dry sweet ground red pepper. Per garlic clove and half a liter of homemade kefir. You read well the homemade kefir I make. Here are the pictures that show how I do it and here I will explain how I do it. I pour half a liter of uncooked milk into the jar, add a colony of bacteria that look like small cauliflower. Bacteria feed on milk sugar and thus ferment milk and we get a very healthy drink like yogurt. After about 24 hours, the drink is ready, then I strain the kefir through a small strainer. Crystals, ie colonies of bacteria, remain in the strainer. I wash the jar and crystals and repeat the process. This does not take more than ten minutes to strain and pour new milk again. Bacteria multiply because they are living organisms, so when the amount increases you can give someone a surplus as a gift or eat it. They look like they are eaten like gummy candies. I kept them in milk in a jar in the refrigerator for 15 days and after that I filtered them and started making kefir again, they survived. They can be placed in the freezer and after 6 months to thaw and be active, survive freezing ... Kefir is an extremely healthy food, first of all it is the best natural probiotic: in addition, kefir contains 20% calcium and the same amount of phosphorus, 14% vitamin B12, 19% vitamin B2, 5% magnesium and a lot of vitamin D. While squeezing kefir, use a plastic spoon and strainer, not for the reason that you will kill bacteria, but in contact with metal, a chemical reaction occurs, so instead of drinking healthy food, you drink some toxins that can be created that way. If anyone is interested I can send the crystals by mail or express mail but you pay the postage ... This applies to Serbia You can see more about the procedure and everything here: 1. https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/howto/guide/health-benefits-kefir 2. www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6vNkIa8f8g ************************************************************************************************* Možda je neko registrovao u mojim komentarima da za doručak uglavnom imam tostiran hleb. U cediljki ostaju kristali to jest kolonje bakterija. Operem teglu i kristale i ponovim postupak.
