Can somebody please enlighten me with the word "SPAMMING"? If I happen to pick a photo from the net and put a good caption or info about it would that be spamming? Or do I have to click my own shots? Thanks.

As long as it has no copyright infringement and with proper annotation there would be no problem.
How do I know if there is none?
Unless stated otherwise, like this phrase "images may be subject to copyright." Or you can search for sites that provide free images like 'unsplash.com'
