Hello guys. It's been a long while since my last post. Nothing changed much but I feel much better with my right thigh so far. Also, my weight is going down. High good fat low carb diet is working on me.

Some days are good, some days are bad specially when you try your best to cope up with a lot of anger on one fucking person. Some people are really the devil incarnate when it comes to their demonic attitude. It took me a lot of patience not to strangle him. I hope he realize his mistake.

It is really true that an empty pocket (or with few bucks) can teach us lessons and it brought me better health and my body has learned to adapt quickly. Now I can last a week with only 1 or 2 cups of rice, no instant pancit canton and less bread. All I eat is more of good fats such as nuts, dark choco and veggies. I drink ACV, Green tea and mango leaves tea on a regular basis. I felf better.
