✅ Bitcoin is growing, but it is still far from $30k 🙃 But the ruble has sharply strengthened after a record collapse, everyone is waiting for tomorrow's extraordinary meeting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Something happened?.. The Hash Ribbons indicator gives a buy signal for the first time in a long time. It is based on the behavior of the miners, their possible capitulations and market sentiment. In the last 3 years alone, he gave 4 BUY signals, of which only one was not successful. In other cases, traders could earn a decent percentage of profits. Therefore, it makes sense to add it to your watch list to assess the market situation. But of course, there are no guarantees of profit here. There are always many factors to consider.

$100k for BTC will solve all the problems of the market, but there are no buyers at the current rate and we continue to stand still 😕 The net is getting pissed off that Gary Gensler will never endorse a spot bitcoin ETF and can't even hope for it. And we didn’t really expect, this year for sure 😎 PayPal creates a cryptohub for a closed circle of users, where it will be possible to buy and sell cryptocurrency. If you already have your own stablecoin, then it’s a sin not to organize a crypto exchange for this business. Does the SEC know? 😇 The CEO of Coinbase complained about the "broken" application of his own exchange and promised to fix it. We are talking about functions for their Base blockchain, the application turned out to be inconvenient and does not cope well with a large number of users 😳 Curly Sam spends the night in jail for the third night in a row. A trifle, but nice 😁 🔹 Top 3 in 24 hours: Hedera - $0.06416 (↑14.35%) Frax Share - $6.73 (↑5.72%) ApeCoin - $2.09 (↑4.74%)

✅ Bitcoin keeps the price above $29k, but buyers have no strength to move higher. In such a market, anyone will go crazy, so the user nd4[.]eth just burned 2,500 ETH, as well as GMX, GNS and 4 NFT tokens for a total of $8.08 million 😱 Weekly digest: 💎 Cryptocurrencies 🔸 PayPal launches PYUSD stablecoin pegged to the dollar 🔸 Ripple joined the international payments group based on the Bank for International Settlements 🔸 Crypto project Aptos announced a partnership with Microsoft 🔸 San Francisco-based SoFi bank reports $170 million worth of cryptocurrency assets 🔸 Boyaa Interactive decided to buy BTC and ETH for $5 million 🏦 Crypto Exchanges 🔸 Crypto exchange KuCoin tightened verification: all users must pass facial recognition 🔸 Binance received a license to operate in El Salvador 🔸 Bankrupt Former Exchange CEO Curly Sam is Back in Jail for House Arrest Violations 🚓 🔸 Crypto exchange Bittrex will pay the SEC a fine of $ 24 million for operating in the US without a broker's license 🪙 Financial news 🔸 US inflation rose from 3% to 3.2% in July 🔸 China records deflation for the first time in 2 years 🔸 Ukraine's gold and foreign exchange reserves hit an all-time high of $41.7 billion 🔸 The Central Bank of the Russian Federation does not see risks to financial stability due to the depreciation of the ruble. Top 3 ways to hack a BTC wallet and how to protect yourself from it 🧐 Even if you split the seed phrase into 5 parts and buried it in different parts of the world, your wallet is still vulnerable and here is how a hacker can find out private keys: 🐟 Phishing. The easiest way to find out the seed phrase is to ask it. To do this, hackers send emails ostensibly on behalf of hardware wallet developers, release fake crypto wallet updates, or create sites that require a seed phrase to connect to. New ways of phishing are constantly appearing, so as not to become a victim of it, never tell anyone your seed phrase, even if Satoshi Nakamoto himself writes to you. ⚙️ Stitched hardware wallet. Such devices are highly reliable, but there is a nuance. You can only use a completely new wallet from the official manufacturer. If a hacker gets access to the device before you, he will generate the keys himself and then just wait for you to top up the balance. Never use used hardware wallets and you must be 100% sure that you bought the original device. 🛑 Scam sites to generate keys. In fact, this is another phishing method, but here the hacker does not steal your key, but simply generates it for the user using his own website. And then it waits for funds to appear on the wallet and withdraws them. Do not use third party sites to generate keys, do it only in the wallet app. 200 🐳 and continue to analyze the topic of hacking crypto wallets. Save and tell a friend 😉

USDT is recovering its positions in the crypto market. Their share among other stablecoins has set a new record. Among the reasons - the collapse of UST, USDC regulatory problems, etc. (Messari)

@d12321

We decided to improve the format of the final weekly column and now it will be one post, in which we will analyze the top 3 events in the world of cryptocurrencies and finance. Who got the new format - 🐳 💎 Cryptocurrencies 1️⃣ The SEC has delayed its decision on ARK Invest's spot bitcoin ETF application, which was fully expected and this was perfectly shown by the almost zero reaction from BTC. Applications from BlackRock and other companies are likely to meet the same fate, although individuals are trying to disperse the hype about a possible early approval. Almost objectively, Michael Novogratz is looking at the situation, who is waiting for the approval of the ETF from BlackRock in about six months. But there may be more, because the SEC has such an opportunity to delay the decision for almost a year, and at first they will try to take full control of the crypto market. And only then to announce native 🤑 2️⃣ PayPal has launched a dollar-pegged PYUSD stablecoin on the ETH network. In his code, they very quickly found the wallet freezing function, which USDT and USDC also have, otherwise they would have been closed long ago. Banks promise success to the new stablecoin, and the Fed even obliged them to obtain a license to work with such assets. There is a lot of attention to PYUSD, but so far this was only enough to distract everyone from USDT, and how Changpeng Zhao is trying to swing it with the support of Justin Sun 👀 3️⃣ The SEC has launched an appeal process against the court decision in the case against Ripple. Without further ado, Gensler won't let go of XRP just like that, so we just collect more popcorn 🍿 🪙 Financial news 1️⃣ Inflation in the US rose from 3% to 3.2% in July. The Fed regularly warned about something like this, so the market was ready and corrected only slightly. The Fed is known to lie about a soft landing before every recession, but so far they are believed. This "for now" may end in September when the inflation data comes in and if it shows a new growth trend 😬 2️⃣ The ruble is one step away from 100 for $1, but the Central Bank of the Russian Federation does not see this as a problem. The weak ruble is really not a problem for the Central Bank and a great joy for the Ministry of Finance and its deficit budget. But still, they will make some attempts to put on the brakes in order to preserve the image of the authorities, for example, the Central Bank will stop buying foreign currency under the budget rule from August 10 until the end of the year. In a good way, it would be possible to strengthen the ruble - by killing the demand for the currency, that is, again introducing draconian restrictions on the withdrawal of capital from the country. But the Central Bank and the Ministry of Finance will not play against their own, it’s better for the media to once again talk about the growth of the economy in spite of the sanctions 😁 3️⃣ China recorded deflation for the first time in 2 years. And in general, the economy of the Celestial Empire is based on closed statistics and the iron word of Xi Jinping, and only echoes of real financial problems reach us. And who, one asks, will now save the world from recession if the Fed still breaks the US economy? Definitely not China, but no one else... 😳 results of the week

✅ SEC, what a surprise (no), postponed the decision on the application for a spot bitcoin ETF from ARK Invest. But Elon Musk confirmed the fight with Zuckerberg and promised an epic fight venue in Italy 🥊 Friday news: 🔸 Crypto exchange Bittrex will pay the SEC a fine of $ 24 million for operating in the US without a broker's license 🔸 The US Department of Defense has begun work on creating its own AI. Just don't call it Skynet... 🤖 🔸 The Central Bank of the Russian Federation does not see risks to financial stability due to the depreciation of the ruble. Meanwhile, the ruble is already at 99 for $1 🔸 Google began blocking corporate Workspace services for sub-sanctioned Russian companies 🔸 Digital Currency Group demands to dismiss the claim of the Gemini exchange about the debts of their subsidiary Genesis. They say they didn't know anything 🔸 Visa has completed testing the payment of commissions on the Ethereum network with fiat directly from the card 🔸 New CEO X (Twitter) announces video calling platform 🔸 The Worldcoin crypto project has offered a WLD token reservation function for those wishing to undergo an eye scan in the future 🔸 The madman nd4[.]eth sent GMX, GNS and 4 NFT tokens worth $3.58 million to the burning address 😱 🔸 Boyaa Interactive decided to buy BTC and ETH for $5 million 🔸 Argentine authorities launched an investigation against Worldcoin 🔹 Courses: 🌐 Bitcoin - $29,327 (↓0.33%) 📉 S&P 500 - 4,470 (↑0.03%) 🌕 Gold - $1,913 (↑0.06%) ⚫️ Oil Brent - $86.67 (↑0.37%)

✅ 90.5% chance that the Fed will leave the rate unchanged in September. But remember that before the meeting on September 20, there will still be the publication of inflation data for August 🤔 Thursday news: 🔸 The SEC launched an appeal process against the court decision in the case against Ripple 🔸 US inflation rose from 3% to 3.2% in July 🔸 The Parliament of Ukraine adopted a law on “digital things”, which brings all kinds of digital assets into civil law 🏛 🔸 The US has introduced new restrictions on investment in China, they will start working from next year 🔸 San Francisco-based SoFi bank reports $170 million worth of cryptocurrency assets 🔸 Ripple joined the international payments group based on the Bank for International Settlements 🔸 Ukrainian monobank refused to add BTC payments due to possible problems with regulators 😡 🔸 Moody's Downgrades Chinese Developer Country Garden After Missing Bond Payments 🔹 Courses: 🌐 Bitcoin - $29,410 (↓0.52%) 📉 S&P 500 - 4,476 (↑0.20%) 🌕 Gold - $1,914 (↑0.00%) ⚫️ Oil Brent - $86.26 (↓1.24%)

✅ Long live the negative correlation: BTC is rising against the backdrop of a decline in the S&P 500 😎 Investors in the stock market were frightened by Moody's, which intends to downgrade a number of American banks. The FUD around Tether is still unabated. This time, Forbes, in another article, said that the company's inability to announce second-quarter net income was confusing. However, reported operating income is significantly lower than net income for the previous quarter. The USDT rate is no longer pegged to the dollar 1 to 1, but the depeg is minimal. It's amazing how the market doesn't react to all the negativity like it's being artificially held back.

@d12321

The reserves of Binance are just heaps. According to the latest exchange report, all user assets are backed by more than 100% 💰 We also learned from the Binance report that the BTC rise from $20k to $30k in March could have been triggered by the actions of the exchange, because it converted $3.5 billion in USDC into BTC and ETH after the collapse of the Silvergate bank. Maybe they will buy something else, otherwise traders all dream of $32k 🤗 Justin Sun has deposited $200 million in USDT on Huobi. While the exchange is being saved, maybe even saved. Huobi herself claims that everything is FUD and they are doing well 🤷‍♂️ The new stablecoin from PayPal will have full KYC, is tied to a PayPal account and any transaction can be canceled. It is not clear how they will do the cancellation of transfers, most likely, we are talking about blocking wallets. And what are the commissions of the ether... 😁 Also, more than 30 meme and just scam tokens on the theme of PayPal USD have already been released 🤦‍♂️ 🔹 Top 3 in 24 hours: Algorand - $0.1162 (↑5.15%) Hedera - $0.05824 (↑4.90%) eCash - $0.00003059 (↑3.04%)

The Bitcoin annual chart clearly demonstrates the pattern that after a losing year, three profitable ones follow. 2023 is still going with a result of +77% and, in principle, we can assume that the norm has already been met. But the next two years promise to be very profitable, including thanks to halving.

✅ Bitcoin continues to suffer due to FUD, this time the price was crushed on rumors of CZ Binance manipulation of USDT and USDC. Elon Musk announced that there will be a fight with Zuckerberg and it will be shown live on Twitter. Copy trader lost 800 ETH ($1.4 million) on NFT 🤯 On the Blur NFT marketplace, it is possible to place orders for rare NFT signs. For such actions, users receive points, which in the future are converted into Blur tokens. Popular Twitter user HanweChang noticed that some large anonymous wallet was copying his trades, earning points, but not buying NFTs. HanweChang decided to cheat and punish this copy trader. He first bought plain Azuki NFTs with a white background and then over-bid them at 50 ETH apiece (very expensive). When the copy trader repeated these trades, HanweChang sold him all of his white-backed Azuki at inflated prices. As a result, the copy trader lost about 800 ETH and started asking HanweChang for a refund, offering 80 ETH as a reward.

@d12321

Traders take comfort in the fact that we are in the accumulation phase of a late bear market. That is, you should not wait for a collapse, but we can also bargain sideways for a very long time 😕 The situation with the Huobi crypto exchange has not cleared up, and we still do not know what is really happening. But just in case, users took $54 million 🙃 John Musk noticed that Twitter (aka X) would never upload the cryptocurrency. Anats DO NOT LIVE long, calm down and wait for Ilonen to simply integrate the dog 😊 Black stream CEO Adam Blank spent 0.01 BTC on the fact that before carving in March 2024, the Bitcoin rate will earn $ 100 thousand. What if... 🙄 Demi Curve Finance increased $1.85 million in profits for the data of a hacker who hacked the channel. FUD around the Huobi exchange was spread by a well-known analyst Adam Cochran. Based on the data on the volume of USDT on the balance sheet, he states that the exchange is already insolvent. At the moment, she has 10 times less funds than her obligations to clients. At the same time, the USDT balance continues to decline. Against the background of news from Justin Sun that Huobi has been unprofitable for many months, this is quite possible. The situation with their native HT token also highlights the distrust of investors. Therefore, it is advisable to reduce positions on this exchange at least to some reasonable limits.

@d12321

Is Huobi exchange insolvent? USDT end? 😱 Adam Cochran, an experienced business development leader for many crypto projects, shared his thoughts on Tether (USDT) and Huobi. 👀 Briefly about the main thing: 1. Huobi executives are summoned for questioning by the police. 2. Suspicious changes in Huobi balances and the launch of stUSDT under the supervision of Justin Sun. 3. Crypto exchange Binance was the first to identify such risks. 4. Justin Sun makes false claims. Approximately 98% of all stUSDT tokens are in his possession. 5. Huobi has assets of only $90 million, while exchange users have more than $631 million. 6. Crypto exchange will not be able to resist the mass withdrawal of funds. 7. CZ from Binance found out about everything and began to massively exchange USDT for DAI, which caused the USDT rate to lose its peg to $1. Justin Sun responded with a 4 (like CZ does on FUD) and a Houbi rep replied that it was just a rumor. Rumor or truth?

@d12321

The hacker who hacked $47 million worth of DEX Curve Finance stablecoin pools on July 30 returned some of the funds. At the moment, he transferred back the cryptocurrency in the amount of more than $22 million. As a result of the hack, the CRV token lost about 30%. Now the asset has begun to recover, a significant part of the fall has been won back.

The project went for it so that there would be no problems with the regulators. Those who do not pass verification can safely withdraw tokens from staking. But now add new SANDs to staking and receive rewards every week only after KYC. Ethereum staking will also soon be on the passport? 🥴

Curve Finance on the brink of collapse 🤔 The creator of Curve Finance, Mikhail Egorov, is selling CRV tokens on the OTC (over-the-counter) market at $0.4 to Justin Sun and others at a real exchange rate of $0.6. The current amount of transactions is $11.7 million. Egorov does this to avoid being declared bankrupt on $100 million in personal debt he secured with CRV tokens. The scheme is excellent, as the founder of the project, he actually received CRV tokens for free, took $100 million for them through various DeFi loans and bought himself a very real mansion in Australia for $40 million. But after the Curve Finance hack on July 30 for $47 million, the CRV token exchange rate in moment fell by 34% and this put Egorov's DeFi loans on the brink of liquidation. Current actions indicate that Mikhail Egorov is looking for ways to avoid liquidation on personal debts, which has a positive effect on the CRV rate. I wonder what Justin Sun will do: save Curve Finance or make money on the difference in buying between the market price and OTC 😇
