❗️The US Department of Justice decided to “congratulate” the Binance exchange on reaching the 150 million mark among customers in a special way. In particular, they are considering alternative options instead of filing charges of fraud, as this can cause a panic in the market and the flight of all customers. An alternative measure could be a fine or a non-prosecution agreement.
