The secret from Bucegi - The gateway to another world?
**It was discovered by an ultra-secret department of the former Securitate, founded by Nicolae Ceausescu in 1968, as a result of some unusual phenomena reported in Romania - "Department Zero". The department was taken over after 1990 by the Romanian Intelligence Service. The specialists of this structure discovered the "secret from Bucegi".**
It was the most important mission of the Zero Department (DZ) - the extrasensory research of the Bucegi Mountains, the reports indicating special energy areas as well as the existence of a huge underground gallery that connects several caves in the Carpathians. But the brothers' father, a former climber, also climbed the rock, picked up the object, and disappeared instantly in front of more than ten witnesses.
In the following days, a helicopter was used to search the rock from above. The object was a kind of lever anchored in the rock. It is not known who, how, or why he did it. The writing on the rock remained unknown. The signs looked very old. Lacking experience and panicking, those responsible blew up the rock. But in its place it remained a light green outline, like a light steam. After a few days, however, he also disappeared, for good.
In the spring of 1990, Cezar Brad was appointed technical director of DZ, and in 1992 the relations between DZ and the Romanian Presidency were clarified, the Head of State ordered the total subordination and politicization of DZ; but Caesar presented to him some of the shocking realities that have been discovered over time and their enormous implications for the stability of the country, so that the President's bewilderment gave way to an agreement similar to the old one, in which DZ is quasi-independent.
In 2002, the Pentagon, which runs various secret military and geodetic espionage programs, using several high-tech geostationary satellites, spotted a separate structure in a specific area of the Bucegi Mountains. First of all, the empty space identified inside the mountain did not correspond to the outside, but started directly from inside the mountain, at a certain distance from its slope. Secondly, it was in the shape of a very regular tunnel that suddenly turned towards the center of the mountain, at an angle of 26 degrees. The tunnel route was perfectly flat.
The Pentagon team noticed that the hemispherical energy dam has exactly the same vibrational frequency and shape as another secret underground structure they had previously discovered near Baghdad, Iraq. Shortly after the discovery in the subsoil of Iraq, war broke out, and after a few months, the Americans had access, in the utmost secrecy, to the area, of which the Iraqis knew absolutely nothing. The secret of this soup is the beef bones. They give a sticky and creamy taste and consistency. There is no need for parsley root, parsnips, celery or onions in this soup. The specific taste and aroma of this soup come at the end from the garlic and the mixture of yolks and sour cream.
*If you don't like belly, you can replace it with chicken or pleurotus mushrooms.*
**Ingredients**
1 kg of beef bones
2 kg frozen or fresh belly
3 bay leaves (optional - some do not put them)
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
4 L cold water (+ fill as needed)
4 teaspoons grated salt
**For the end:**
1 large grated carrot finely grated with 1 tablespoon oil (add at the end)
15 cloves garlic (crushed)
6 yolks
400 ml liquid cream for cooking (30% fat)
**To be served:**
vinegar, hot peppers, bread, optional and sour cream.
**HOW TO MAKE BELLY SOUP CLASSIC ?**
For a start, I placed the beef bones in a large pot with 4 L of cold water, 4 teaspoons of salt, bay leaves (optional) and peppercorns. I put the pot on the fire and waited for it to start boiling. I picked up the foam from the surface as it formed. I reduced the heat to medium and covered the pot halfway with a lid.
I let the bones boil for 2 hours. At the end I put out the fire, took the bones out of the pot (our puppy Iggy also enjoyed a few days of chewing bones) and strained the soup, moving it into a clean pot. If you do not have a second large pot you can strain the soup into two smaller pots and wash the first large pot - finally move the soup back into it. What a good flavor this soup can have!
It is well concentrated, it has dropped by about a quarter - there are about 3 L of concentrated beef soup left.
**How to clean fresh belly and how to boil in soup?**
Wash your belly well in cold water and then massage it with a handful of quicklime paste. We prepare the lime paste from powdered lime (dehydrated slaked lime) and water. After letting the lime work for a few minutes, we clean the belly with a knife or a spoon. Wash the belly well with cold water and to clean it better rub it with a brush or cornstarch and coarse salt. Wash again.
Finally I cut the belly pieces in the form of noodles (fidelita) - width of approx. 0.8 mm - 1 cm and about 4-5 cm long. You can cut them as you wish.
**What vegetables are put in the belly soup?**
Until the soup boiled again, I grated a carrot on a fine grater and placed it in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon of oil. I simmered the carrot for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. This process intensifies its color, sweet taste and aroma and softens it well.
I added the grated and hardened carrot to the soup and let it boil for another 15 minutes.
**The belly soup** is ready. I tested 2-3 belly cuts to see what consistency they have: they were made, soft. I extinguished the fire under the pot and cleaned the garlic cloves, which I then crushed in a small bowl and mixed with 2 tablespoons of cold water. I poured the garlic into the soup pot and mixed well. Dream flavor! I separated the 6 yolks and placed them in another bowl together with the liquid cream for cooking. With the help of a tel I mixed them well. I also added a pinch of salt. I tempered this mixture by adding one poland of hot soup on top of it. I mixed well after each serving of soup added. In total I put 6 tablespoons of hot soup over the mixture of yolks and sour cream so that it warmed up well, it was almost hot.
In the end I poured all this composition back into the soup pot
Belly soup is a silky, homogeneous and creamy. It is very fragrant from garlic and has an intense yellow color from grated carrot.

Do you know such people? I know a lot. At the same time, I know a lot of people who are not even half the quality of these people, but they are successful.
They are weak at something, but still as they are, they succeed. I realize that I am not the best expert in therapy at all and yet I see that I am more successful than others who are much better than me.
I sat and thought until I came to the conclusion that I have something that these people do not have. I have the ability to easily convince people that one thing is important! I am so convinced of what I do that I draw those who listen to me or read me and make them believe.
Last summer, an older friend told me she didn't know what to do so she could persuade her partner to listen to her and react more often to what she wanted. Slowly, slowly, from the discussion I was having, I noticed that all her arguments were only about her own person.
For example, if she wanted her boyfriend to go shopping with her, her argument would sound like this - if you don't come with me, I'll feel alone. That argument was of no value to her partner because it didn't involve him either (probably worthless after being used too many times, since they had a relationship). So if you want to convince someone, don't use arguments that only apply to you. Try to find the other person's need and bring it up.

The starting point for strengthening your persuasive power is to develop confidence that you are convincing. But keep in mind that convincing does not mean manipulating. It means creating the right environment for your ideas and then communicating those ideas effectively.

When expressing ideas, opinions or simply telling something, it is advisable not to use negatives. When it comes to persuasion, denial has nothing to do with it.
Nobody likes soft, limp people. They are not convincing. Boldness is the one that convinces and which in most cases is preferred to expertise.
If you make a person believe that what you offer is rare and that they should not miss this opportunity, then your chances of persuasion increase greatly.
Why be convincing? Because it is the safest way to get everything you want in your career or life. You can show the best preparation, but if you are not able to convince people of your qualities and the things you can do, then you will not go very far.
