Ginataang Tilapia One of the Filipino fish I always prefer to cooked. But sometimes always fry or grilled and this morning I tried to have a twist and open my youtube app and start choosing videos that has easy steps and cheaper ingredients. After watching the videos and it's just 10am in the morning I took a shower first and then after that I read some articles here on read.cash. While waiting for the time to go to the market I open my wallet and to my surprise I only have 100 pesos left haha. So I decided to convert my $6 just for today because our allowance will be send tomorrow. Thanks for my mother for supporting us while waiting for our flight. And I asked my husband to cash out $6 or 300 pesos in the grocery store near us. Coins.pH to gcash less hasstle na. And we went to market to buy my ingredients . And here are my list. $2(100) tilapia $0.60 gata ng niyog $0.20 pechay $0.10 sili green $0.10 paminta powder $0.10 magic sarap $0.20 onion/garlic $.0.20 ginger Somo Ingredients are not here because husband forget to buy it and he went outside again to buy. I triple clean the tilapia just to make sure it is clean and dont have sticky liquid in the head part. And also the stomach of the fish need to clean triple para wala masyadong lansa. I used white onion here to have a little sweet flavor in the dish. After preparing all the ingredients and I first stir fry the ginger, garlic and onion and tomatoes as well. I just stir it for about 1minute and I turned the gasul into low heat and slowly put the tilapia on the top of the onion etc. And then leave for about 2minutes and then I put the coconut milk and slice on green sili and adjust the fire. I close the pan and let it simmer for 10minutes and then I cut the 2 pieces left green sili and let I boil , put the salt and pepper to taste and magic sarap. After 2minutes again I lastly put the pechay. Tadah !!! Our dish for the lunch. Exactly 1pm when we ate our lunch and I finished almost 3 cup of rice dahil sa sabaw palang ulam na talaga. I like the taste its a little bit spicy and sweet. We have 6 slices of fish but after we finished eating we only have 2 left and we will eat it on our dinner haha. Tipid din minsan kasi mahirap buhay dito sa Manila kaya todo tipid. There's a lot of videos how to cook if you don't know how just open your youtube and you can start learning . Many mothers/wife out there always say that they don't know how and ordered in karenderya o fast food chain but it's not the reason you need to say everytime .Youtube is the best to learn cooking . Don't be too lazy experimenting food or preparing food because this is the one basic needs we need in order to survive. You don't need a big amount to cook dishes just be more madiskarte because in 100 pesos or less than one hundred you can have one to two dish in the table. Please like mga kababayan ko! Isa ako ako sa mga ordinaryong may bahay na kinahiligan na ang page luluto simula nung college pa ako at dala ko hanggang ngayon. Kaya pinapangarap ko talaga na magpatayo ng fully furnish na bahay at may malaking kusina na naka tiles at organize lahat ng gamit ko sa kusina at dapat kumoleto rekados ako. Pinaka ayaw pag nagluluto ay yung kulang kulang sa ingredients and niluluto ko kaya minsan Hindi ako na sasatisfy sa sariling luto. Minsan NAIA experienced din kami ni hubby mag karenderya sa syudad ng ilang buwan pero di nagtagal kasi walang mag aalaga sa sanggol naming panganay noon. Dumagdag pa na pinataas ang renta sa inuupahan namin kaya mina buti naming ihinto nalang ito. Tulad ng iba stress reliever ko din ang pagluluto, dahil kapag nagluluto ako ay nawawala ang page iisip ko sa problema at naka focus lamang sa kung ano ang niluluto ko. Masarap naman siya pero iba pa din ang native na manok dahil ito talaga at malasa at malinamnam. Ang pinaka gusto ko na luto ng tinolang manok ay dalawang binugkos na tanglad at isabay siya sa pag gisa ng mga rekados para mabango at di siya malansa saka ko nilalagay ang manok at hayaan lang itong kumulo, di ko muna nilalagyan ng tubig. Hinahayaan ko siya na igisa niya ang sarili niyang mantika haha. Dinamihan ko din ng kalabasa at alogbate kasi halos ito ang paborito kong gulay . At syempre ang nagpa ganda at nagpasarap dito ay ang dilis na tawag sa amin ay balingon. Pag ako nagluluto nito seperate yung sarsa niya para di masira sa paghalo halo ang isda. Saka ko na iplating pag luto na ang sarsa. Nilalagyan ko ng suka kunti at sugar kunti ang paghuli na . Para mas dagdag sarap. Sangkap : Tilapia Luya Bawang Sibuyas Carrots Ketchup Suka Sugar LAW-UY /LASWA Isa to sa hindi mawawala sa pagkaing Pinoy lalo na sa mga probinsiya. Isang masustansiyang pagkain dahil halos lahat ng nasa bahay kubo ay andito na. Makikita niyo na ang tanglad ay palaging present sa mga niluluto ko kasi nga tulad ng sabi ko sa aroma at sarap na dulot into ay kakaiba. Hindi sapat sa akin and luya lang kaya palagi kung nilalagyan niyan. Sa sobrang sarap nito di na need ng kanin kahit ito lang at daing sapat na sa hapag. Di ko na ilalagay ang sangkap kasi pwede naman lahat ng gulay na binabanggit sa bahay kubo ay pwede ilagay dito. Sana magustuhan niyo ang ulam na inihanda ko sa inyo ngayon at pwede niyo ng ulamin ngayon yan. Syempre punta ka sa palengke para mamili muna ng gulay,isda at sangkap sa inyong putahe.

Mang Inasal:Late celebration I celebrated my 28th birthday last March 22, 1994 and since we are both busy that time we don't have time to have a simple dinner with my partner. And luckily we had time last night and we choose to eat at Mang Inasal. Unli rice that's why haha. As I grow older all I want for my birthday is to be simple and celebrate it with my loved once. Before we go to there we spend 30minutes at the "tokwahan" they called. A place where bikers are always there racing and some of people just want to have fresh air. That time is 6:00pm the air is so cold already and the sunset is ready to go. All I loved staying here is that I always watch the air place passing through. And praying that one day we will ride it again to go to our destination. Our flight is not yet on date but we know 1-2weeks from now we can start working abroad again. It's really a simple thing that can make us women happy. A simple date, food, gift, time and effort make us happy because that's how we can really feel that our husbands love us and that they will still appreciate us. We left the tokwahan around 6:40 in the evening and we arrived here around 7:00 in the evening in Mang Inasal. We really didn't eat lunch yesterday so that we could have more rice and that's my husband bright instruction haha. So I also endured hunger hahaha if I can really finish three cups of rice, because everytime we eat here I can only eat two serve of cup rice. Order Time ! Ofcourse we always choose PM1 UNLI RICE +EMPANADA +CREMA DE LECHE. We like to order this when we eat here at Mang Inasal. The 300+ costs are well worth it, you can save more than preparing because these days the seasoning is very expensive plus gasul. We waited for about 25 minutes before serving so we talked first while my stomach was really boiling with hunger. Next time I didn't want do it, I couldn't pass the hunger haha because food is life for me at all . He was already bored because he was hungry and our order took longer. The empanada and crema de leche came first so that was the first thing I ate haha. And I actually ate the empanada while waiting for the chicken inasal. He doesn’t want to eat empanadas and he really likes rice at that times. He really wait patiently upto 25 minutes. And finally came the favorite of all Filipinos. Lovers of unli rice and grilled chicken. He quickly finished a cup of rice and he added immediately, I laughed because he was really very hungry. While he was eating the second cup of rice, I was about to finish a first cup of rice, so when he added the third cup, and I added mine for the second time. I couldn't help but smile as I watched my husband eat because this was really our bonding in the province when I was selling online and was able to save a little. But when we came here to Manila we had to save money because we were applying abroad and we had been waiting for 4 months and by the grace of God we were about to leave. If it wasn't for my birthday, we wouldn't be able to date like this. While he was consuming his fourth cup of rice, I was consuming my third cup of rice but because I was really full, I gave him half. So in total I only consumed 2 1/2 cups of rice and he had 4 1/2 cups of rice. He really like Unli rice in Mang inasal. So when I finished mine, I just waited for him to finish. I just drank a little water because I'm really full. It's well worth the money. And linis ng kinainan niya compared sa akin haha. Talagang simut sarap talaga and kain niya walang sinayang kahit sa sabaw naka apat din na balik ang nag seserve diyan eh .Kaya ayun umuwi kami na sobrang busog at natulog ng 2am na ng madaling araw dahil sa sobrang busog n busog pa talaga kami. Closing Thoughts ! There is no need for special foods, party or fancy gift because nowadays we pray more that we are given a good health and stay away from Covid-19. There is nothing wrong with preparing a lot as long as you make sure it is budgeted because there is more to do with money nowadays. We don't know if Covid is really over or if there is more to come. Always think First things first.

What makes you beautiful?A letter for my dear cousin. She's beautiful inside and out. No body in my family criticize her beauty because for us she is perfectly made by God and she is a blessing for us. She is beautifully made for a purpose. In others it was a mistake of her mother by smoking, drinking softdrinks or anything that a preganant women should not do but it was a purpose and she is a gift. She has a polyo. She cannot walk alone without support, or even something else that she can lean on or hold so that she can walk straight. When we were in elementary and high school, she had a cane that she used to somehow walk. But because she always falls down because she can't balance sometimes his body and we decided to just throws it away. I was only a year older than her so I was ahead of my highschool with her. And when the day came that she was in high school, I always visited her in her room to check on her condition. Thanks God, she had her bestfriend when she was an elementary . So my family and I are confident that someone will support her every day. But we still shouldn't be reassured because not everyone has a good heart that won't insult her condition. Many still insult her and it hurts so much as her cousin to see her cry when I go to his room during break time. We are like sisters and I loved her so much. At that point I don't have to be kind and understand them, because my cousin is the one I should defend from all of them . I started became famous and known in their classroom and throughout the 1st year as her cousin fighting for her that whoever tries to repeat the insult to her, the Guidance Counselor will face them because I will not hesitate to report what they are doing. After what happened everyone got along well with her. Pity her situation and get to know her even better as she is. She made new friends and loved who she was. My family loves her so much. Always understand her and appreciate her. That chair is always with her because that is the only thing that supports her as she walks. It is heavy so no matter what step she takes he will not fall. she always celebrates her birthday with us because sometimes her friends have their own lives so my cousins ​​and I are always with her even her heartbreaks. Yes when shes 23 years old sh experienced heartaches for the first time. I'm not in the photo because I was in Taiwan at that time. A letter for you my dear cousin . I loved you ever since I know you. I never thought of you as a burden to the family or to us and your cousins ​​every time we leave or just us. I always make way for you to be with usbecause you deserve to get out of the house sometimes to see the world and its beauty like you. You are as beautiful as the world so don't think that you are ugly because "NASA IYO NA ANG LAHAT". You are beautiful in our eyes not only on the outside but on the inside. Home made:Chicken Empanada A little throwback why I wrote this chiken empanada.I fell inlove with chicken empanada during my high school's days. When one of my classmates bring this in the classroom and sell every recess time. That time it cost only 5 pesos and I only have 10-15 pesos baon/allowance everyday. At first I don't know what is the taste call me stupid but it was my first time seeing this kind of food. And without further do I buy only 1 piece and to my first bite I loved the taste of the dough crispy and soft and to my second bite I already taste the filling and for me it was heaven haha OA pero talagang masarap. Her mother is really a good at making kakanin in our town that's why the chicken empanada sell easily. And everyday I used to buy 1-2 pieces of it during recess time and nakakabusog talaga siya. That's is why when I became a mother I learned youtube toturial and started to practice .It's not easy to make a crepe o the dough, always trial and error . I try and try until it makes perfect. So here are the ingredients you need to prepare for this chicken empanada. Chicken (breast part) Flour Onion Potato Sugar Baking powder Salt Raisins Ground black pepper Egg white Green beans Carrots Chicken cubes Garlic Butter Water Cooking Oil There are two stages in making empanada. 1st stage will make the filling then next we'll make the crepe(pambalot sa filling ng empanada. Procedures to make fillings Get a pan Put cooking oil in a pan Saute garlic and onion -Garlic first once the garlic becomes brown, well add the onion next. Let this cook until the onion get soft and then Add the chicken Use breast chicken , slice into cubes, saute the chicken and wait until the chicken becomes light brown. Add chicken cubes Put a little bit of water -mix well and let it simmer for a while. After simmering the chicken and draining the liquid. Add the carrots and potatoes. Put carrots and potatoes -be sure that potatoes and carrots slice into cubes and let it soak in the water if it is not time to put in the pan. Thats what you need to do after slicing. Put the butter that cut into small an thin while adding the butter mix the dry inhredients using your clean hands or pastry blender. Just make it properly. Put some cold water while mixing. Mix it gradually .Mix it until you can make a dough. After mixing it well and you make a dough you can get a small of it and form a ball using your clean hands. After finishing it just leave it for 20minutes and put inside the refrigerator to cool it. The purpose of that is to maimtain the flaky texture. After putting in the ref for quite sometime well flatten it and put in the filling. But you first put flour in the table before flatten the dough. You need to make a circular shape. Don't worry if the dough is not a perfecr circle. It doesn't need to be that way. Add the filling in the center, fold the dough an lock it by pressing. There are two types of locking the empanada first using a hand and one is by pressing a fork to make a design also . Ready to fry ! Craving? Hahaha So delicious.

That the Government will offer free ride at the rail transit Line 3 ( MRT-3) from March 28 to April 30, 2022. Still blessed at my 28: Happy Birthday My life maybe roller coaster but I know I am still blessed with so many things in this world. I am blessed in so many way and I thank God for his faithfulness and goodness. It's been so fun and hard stepping every year of my life but his presence is above all and higher than my problems in life. If I imagine my life this past few years I wonder how we survived how we face it and how we overcome it. But only one thing is for sure it's good who helped us throughout the way. Way back my childhood I only experienced being whole every summer and Christmas breaks because that's the time my father and mother go home or we are the on who visited them at Gensan and spend time during their off. I and my 2 siblings stayed over how many years at my grandma and grandpa and they are the one who always there and take good care for us. But despite all of this I never questioned my parents because I know they are just doing their jobs to sustain our daily needs. Yes I get jealous in everything like at schools when my classmates have their parents during some activities in school but I always bear in mind that I need to understand the situation and be there for my sister. That was my history a little bit story of my past whic strengthen me to take my journey each year of my life an now I am happily married with 2 little boys and a proud mother of them. I really try my best to implant the good behavior o attitude to them . And now they are really a God fearing kids that is very afraid of hell and always praying to God everyday and every night or even if they have their own enemies they still include in their prayers. At the age of 9 and 7 they are willing to serve God through music. In my 28th years in this world only this pictures really melts my heart. And I was so very blessed and happy my heart beats so fast that my eyes can't hep but to cry for happines. This is what my 28th years gift from God. I don't need money o cakes I only want my family to serve the Lord. Because God is the first and the Center of our life. Lord I don't need anything in this I only want my family to be happy while serving you in your house and follow your will. Happy and contented with your presence. The feeling of happiness can't explained by other people even me. Thank you Lord ! If your reading my article right now I'm happy because I was able to express my feelings how to be a son/daughter of God. How to be so happy after all this years your child or children are using their talent at church not to brag to others but to give to God the blessing he give to my child. I am blessed that God gave me talented boys in my life. This is just a quick article for today . I only share to you how blessed I am on my 28 year in this World. 90's chips at clips Naaalala mo pa ba ang 90's na mga chips na kinakain mo at binibili sa tindahan ni Aleng Maria? Mga clips sa buhok na palagi nating iniiyakan sa magulang natin para bilhin kasi nga bukod sa cute at pakiramdam natin ang ganda-ganda natin pay suot natin yun lakas maka mayaman ng datingan pag meron ka nun. Mga bagay na kung pwede lang ibalik simpleng pagkain masaya na tayo bata at matanda enienjoy eh. Isa ako sa mga kabataan noon na Hindi mahilig sa beans na yan kaya ginagawa ko kinakagat at sinisipsip hanggang sa wala ng lasa ang icedrop at niluluwa ang beans haha. Di pa uso talaga any icecream sa panahon namin kasi di rin namin afford kaya dito nalang kami sa tag 2 pesos palang noon. May special din naman yun ay ang pinipig na 5 pesos naman ang isa pero dahil sa 10 pesos lang baon ko dun tayo sa mura. TOMI may all time favorite, mahirap na siya hanapin sa mg tindahan ngayon kasi pati sa tindahan upgraded nadin any chips. Pero meron kaming isang grocery store malapit dito na nabibilhan namin kaya kahit anong oras makakabili parin ako. Isa sa mg chips noong 90's na Hindi makakalimutan ng lahat lalong lalo na ako. Itong mga candies naman na ito at naabutan ko pa nung dalawa piso siya kaya every recess namin palagi kung binibili to kahit di ka mag merienda ng ibang pagkain dito palang ay mabubusog kana sa tamis haha. Pero ngayon piso isa na at ewan ko lang kung meron pang nagbebebta nito sa ngayon kasi parang wala na eh. Sinong nakakaalala nito ?Fly high Butterfly . Gandang ganda ako sa sarili ko noon pay meron akong ganito eh at sa pagka humaling ko at nagpabili ako ng marami sa nanay ko at benenta sa mg classmate ko n nakaka LL luwag luwag sa buhay para marami na kaming may ganito at bata pa ako at talaga namang business woman na ako eh. Kahit na di palaging naka suklay pag meron ka nito ay in kana sa fashion world ng panahon na yun. Ito pinaka malupit noon hair extention na maraming kulay page gusto mo na medyo kikay ka at astig dapat meron ka nito pero approaching n ata ang 20's into at nagsilabasan na din and mg new trend kung bags pero isa itong style sa buhok na sobrang patok na patok sa panahon ko. Per di kami pinapayagan maglagay nito kasi iba paningin ng matatanda sa amin haha. Any 90's ang hinding Hindi ko makakalimutang dekada sa buhay ko na kung pwede lang ibalik and kahapon at mas maayos pa sa ngayon.

Tesda: Journey Applying Abroad Really Hard ! It's not the same as yesterday . Miserable situation but nothing to do and try our luck again and accept the fact that Pandemic has nothing to do with our lives if we don't find our own way to live of life. Me and my husband applied as a couple in Kuwait , we are both ex abroad but this time I need to undergo again the training because my Taiwan certificate is not acceptable in Kuwait . Ofcourse it's another country so I need to take Tesda and Owwa again. We took the opportunity now even though it's so hard to leave our 2 kids in my parents, since there is no face to face right and the are just in the house it's better for us to go and save money for our business and never come back again! We stayed here in Manila for almost 4months because so hard to process everything now and agency need to appointment every transaction and wait for our time to process. And the thing is couple applicant are more hard than Domestic Helper only. More papers to comply most especially my husband papers in kuwait that need validation . So here I start my Tesda training. Early in the morning I traveled from Imus, Cavite to Buendia to first go to the agency and get some of our hand outs. As you can see I'm walking towards the next station to ride a jeepney to my destination. I'm in a rush that time because the van is waiting for us applicant to drive us in the house of the owner of the Agency. Ang hirap buhay Manila compare sa probinsiya .Hirap mag apply. The moment we arrived at the house we also start our training. How to do the plating patterns how to serve it right and how to speak to the boss. We enjoyed the rest of the afternoon and after lunch we took a nap and after we practiced how to make it perfect. We only have 2days to practice before the actual assestment to Tesda staff or instructor. Our first night , ofcourse mg Maritess lahat haha that's why instead of studying the utensils and the sentences we are just having fun and talk aboutbour lives as a mother, a seperated couple , or even a married couple who didn't have their own child for how many years already. We do understand each other situation why we need to go abroad and be far away from our family. We have same mind settings and goals and I pray that God will blessed us all the way and return home after contract. Return home safe and sound. 2nd day and here we practice how to cooked diffrent foods like kabsa, clubhouse sandwhich, vegetables salad, sweet and sour fish and many more. We did that in the morning and after lunch we teacher us what are the right steps to clean the bathrooms, rooms, living rooms and also the right steps to set up the traditional bed settings. At 5pm we gather together and the owner of the Agency called a pastor to have prayer meeting and pray for us for tomorrow's assessment. And hope everyone will pass. Our last dinner here at the accomodation. And while eatingwe talked about what will happen next day. Nervous but the same time we are just enjoying the moment that time. After eating we never had our chitchats but instead we focus on our notebooks and hand outs to memorize the steps and everything. We slept 11pm because we need to get up 4am to travel to the place where the assesment will be held. This is it ! Packed our things and read to face the truth. And yes ! Everything went well and we all passed the assesment, I myself I know that I get so nervous that time especially when the proffesor is always there and watched you. But thanks God we survived the TESDA ASSESSMENT ! Life is full of challenges but we need to be strong and enjoy the process. It's not easy but of you pass you fell like your the most blessed one. Don't forget to ask help to our God the Father.

Filipino Style "Lutong Bahay" There are many of Filipino food here in the Philippines but only this 6 dishes Lutong Bahay is always the best and my all time favorite maybe yours too. Food is the very important to our daily lives, without food you can't work full of energy and also your mind can't focus on something on your plate. So let me share to you Filipino dishes that we are so proud of and many foreign also loved it already. Filipino Style : Lutong Bahay Adobong Manok(baboy) Eskabetsing Tilapia Adobong Kangkong Pakbet Sinigang na baboy(bangus) Pinaksiw na ISDA Natatakam kana ba?Lalo siguro sa mg larawan na ibabahagi ko ngayon sakto pang almusal he he. Adobong Manok Most popular dish in the country. Easy to cook and taste so good the ingredients are not too expensive 100 pesos or 2$ will do to cook adobong manok. And it last almost 3daysnif you can't finish it same day you cooked it. And here are the ingredients. Chicken Soy sauce Vinegar Garlic Onion Ginger Salt and Sugar Laurel leaves Pamintang bilog Pineapple chunks(if you want special) Eskabetsing Tilapia 2nd fish known in the Philippines. Cheaper than milkfish(bangus) this fish also delicious if you just only fry it and its done. But to make it extra yummy we will add some ingredients to the fish that's why we called it eskabetsing tilapia (di ko alam sa English to haha ) And here are the Ingredients. Tilapia Carrots Bell leper Tomato sauce(tomatoes will do) Salt Little bit of sugar Onion Garlic Ginger Adobong Kangkong One of the easy stir fry vegetables. In our province this kind of vegetables are free to pick up in my tito's farm (beside pond) And I know many of us here can cooked this dish at home simple but yummy. Some put some meat but some don't. Every food has its own extra add ons but if younwant to save money knorr cubes will do. Kangkong Garlic Onion Ginger Soy sauce Vinegar Sugar Tofu/meat Pinakbet Mixed vegetables in one dish called Pinakbet. The most nutrition food here, and in school every nutrition month we always cooked it to our kids. We have a song in title "Bahay Kubo" and all of the vegetables in this dish are in that song too. If you love vegetables you can also cook this at home. Squash Okra Eggplant Ampalaya (bitter melon) String beans Onion & garlic Some meat Sinigang na baboy(isda) Soup dish that all filipino loves to eat. The taste is a little bit sour it depends on you if you want a little bit or more. But mostly like more sinigang mix to fell the dish more delicious. Meat ;Pork or fish Kangkong leaves Okra Green sili Onion Tomatoes Sinigang Mix Radish Pinaksiw na Isda Isa sa mga paborito at palaging ulam sa hapag. But if I will be the one to cook this dish I always put some oil sa pinaka huli na kasi masarap ilagay sa kanin any kunting sabaw niya na may mantika lalo pa pay pinakuluan talaga ng malala. He's father Vicente Duterte was a provincial Governor in Davao City that time that's why on his childhood the moved there to be with his Father. Even in Davao he weekly visit the SPMC a hospital in Davao. He gives foods , cash or personal hygiene. He get emotionally attached to the children like them. He cry while hearing a song of his children he's heart melts while listening to the song of the cancer patients. A father of Overseas Filipino Worker We witnessed how PRRD loved us. Yes ! I am OFW and when I got home I get 20k from OWWA for Repatriation Program. It's very helpful for me and even get some benefits from OWWA. He fight the right of OFW to the country that abuses the rights of OFW people. Because we didn't go in 3months we need to do it again at the last time before going abroad. We stayed here in Manila for almost 4months already because my husband and I are applying as a couple abroad. Since there is no face to face classes now, we took the oppurtunity to back again to save money and pay our dept that cause us of pandemic last 2years already. It's hard but we don't have a choice but to leave our 2 boys to his grandfather and grandmother. This is the least we can do for now and hoping after 2years face to face classes will resume and by that time we are now in our home. I am busy scanning my read.cash and noise.cash account when my messenger chat pop up and there my agency leave a message that i need to have a treatement because of UTI(Urinary track Inficection) and I need to go to agency and clinic as well on monday. And since we are living now at Imus, Cavite I need to ask some money to my mother for my fare and foods. We are from Mindanao and my husband has no work here and it's really so hard for our daily needs here. Agency told us that we can go back faster but here we are now patiently waiting for almost 4months now. Paasa . And praying and hoping that this end of this month we can go because it's really depressing for our situation. And I am so affected because it says that I have a severe UTI already. I drink a lot of water and i don't eat junkfoods and I even more drink tea every morning and night. I really can't believed it. But i don't have a choice and follow the rules and wait. I rant to my husband for this and he just make me calm , he said it's just a urine far from the heart hahaha. Yeah ! Right .And ask me how would I react if it's something serious. I am not really a healthy living people , just in a middle I think but even before I don't go to hospital to have some test or what coz I have fears that maybe I have a serious illness. From the word "severe" I begin to think well overthink things . What if there is something wrong in my kidney and it will come out in surprise. What if I am the one who inherit the family illness. Which is the kidney problems , stones etc related to kidney. After receiving this message today I now starting to act wired. I drink almost 3 liters of water and I know many liters will be in my body to today until Monday. Maybe it's not serious one but it's better to make a steps to avoid this in the future. Home made fishballs -my own recipe Before I start sharing or giving you my own recipe on how i prepare my homemade fishballs let me tell you a history of Filipino's who always loved to eat this streetfoods. Here in the Philippines we usually or our traditional snacks or merienda is "kamoteque , bananaque, lugaw ,bread" and it's enough for us aside from a cheap price your tummy is full after eating this snacks. But as time goes by and many people go in other places and discover many new foods, snacks or dessert and "fishballs" is one of them. They start selling it at schools , park, outside the church or anywhere that has a lot of people. The price is cheap that everyone can afford to buy even student who has just have a penny. And yes! we really enjoyed eating fishballs and it makes our tummy full at the same time. We have 2 different kind of fishballs now the homemade one and the ready to fry fishballs/fishflats. And this one is the "READY TO FRY" fishballs/fishflats, you can just buy this one in the mall or in other stores who sells frozen foods or even online in your places is available. And before I also sell this one online and I always got 50 packs up pieces of fishballs order per week . The real price is just only 54 pesos or $1 dollar something and have 200pcs in one pack. Thats why the vendor can earn double from the capital. Vendor usually used this one nowadays , less work and less hasstle. Its a ready to fry fishballs. And here is the home made fishballs that you can cook your own kitchen. And the ingredients are just so simple but so delicious. We also sell this one before at school and we sold 600pcs up everyday more or less 3-4 kls of flour everyday. So tiring but for me it's worth it most especially when students love my home made fishballs. And here are my ingredients , I will put here 1kilo of flour for you to estimate easily. HOMEMADE FISHBALLS Ingredients : *1 kl flour (ordinary flour will do) *WATER *3 carrots (it depends to you if you want to have many carrots or just small) *Spring Onion *Fish *10-15 gloves of garlic *3 onion *salt&pepper *magic sarap (sessonings) *yeast or baking PROCEDURES : Put the flour in a mixing bowl and slowly add water and mixed it well until it looks like a sticky but watery mixture (please imagine the same texture when baking a cake) . After that you need to put the grated carrots , and the slice spring onion , garlic and onion as well. And mixed well and also you can put the salt and pepper to taste. If you want more pepper you can put more it depends to your taste. Note : you need to boil your fish 1-2 minutes and after that you need to remove the bones of the fish and after that smash the fish a little bit . And mix it to your mixing bowl , mix very well and the last one put the yeast or baking powder and mix again. After mixing you need to close your mixing bowl with our homemade mixture of fishballs and leave 30minutes . And after 30 minutes you can start frying it but make sure you have a lot of oi in your cooking pan. For Sauce - 3 table spoon vinegar 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 cup brown sugar 3 gloves garlic cornstarch salt and magic I hope you like it !

When and how I got my anxiety. I am a full time mother even before. I become a wife in my early age and a mother. And yes I didn't enjoy my single life because im in my college level when I become a Mother and after that i didn't go to school. My life is not easy , I am not perfect and sometimes I lost control of things that is around me because of my young age I can't even took good care enough on our first born baby. I also have a symptoms of postpartum after giving birth and since we live in my mother in law which is also taking good care of my husband sisters baby I need to be strong and learn things on my own . It's so hard that sometimes I wished I can turn back the time. My husband is busy to his work and only in the night he can help me with our child. There are times a cried because of sudden sadness, and he is the only person I need to talk to about my situation and also what i felt that time. And yes for me to take a rest he let me slept at night and he is the one who let our baby sleep and changes diappers and make a milk. But in the morning i need to deal with the surroundings and the people in the house. No one notice I suffered so much because I always fix my self and physically people would say i looked okey. But deep in my heaet and soul i am depressed and thinking somethings bad. But God is still good I survived from that battle and learned a lot of things in my first experienced in life as a mom and a wife. And from that experienced I more aware and have a knowledge how to be a parent and yes God gave us another one precious son. Fast forward we had a small family, simple and happy. But in the marriage we can't avoid war both side and misunderstanding. We fight more often because of our financial problem until we end up planning one of us will go abroad and that's him. It was so painful for me to raise my 3years old son and a 1 year old baby boy. But we don't have a choice but to settle for this idea and decision. And from that after many years overcoming my fears and depression, the situation let me experienced it again. But this time it was me and no one others comfort me and talked to me if I felt the sudden loneliness. It triggered when my 2 boys admitted at the hospital and from there i felt I was all alone. My 2nd son always crying at night and I don't even enough sleep or rest to the point that i really fell weak. When we got home i don't know how to deal with myself anymore , I think many things that is negatives , I am tired , I am alone , I am unhappy. And my head begun to hurt as in im hurting so much. But God is still God the Father he let me experienced and fell everything I've been through everyday and remind me that I have kids who need my support and care. It took me 8 months to finally recovered everything because my 2nd child that time are walking and also start talking and my 1st born are already in school and that was a big help for my distraction and made me so busy that at night all i need is to sleep well and don't think negative things because of my tiredness. Depression and anxiety is not easy. You will suffer but only your own self is your enemy. And this is just the 1st and 2nd time experienced this kind of illness. Yeah it's illness that sometimes many people killed their own lives just to forget things around them and escape the real world. Yes ! Anxiety can killed people. Yes ! Anxiety can make you suffer. Yes ! Anxiety can change your good life into miserable one. Yes ! Anxiety and Depression can turn your life up side down. My 3rd and current experienced now really affect my mental and physical health. And I need to share it with you on my next articles , this is my only way now how to deal with my current situation. Yes , i just came back writting because i dont think I can write a story or article since im in my current anxiety attact.

"Precious Heart Romances" "Precious Heart Romances" - I am a reader and a fan of this Filipino love story written in a pocket book. Before , I almost spend 5hrs reading this pocket book because its really a interesting story behind it. But now technology really works to have have this on our phone and here we have wattpads and other apps where you can read a story. But for me precious heart romances is really the best. Are you one of those Filipino readers before who cried ,laughed and get emotional everytime your reading this pocket books? Are you of those Filipino who forget the daily household chores because your busy reading this love stories? Or while reading you realized that you are already asleep because you only takes how many hours reading this pocket book.? Well , if you experienced this one I know you are now 20's upto 50 years old hahaha. Why? Because I remember the time ,the first time I saw this book is in my tita's room and also my mother loved reading this before. And the logo at the top the two parrot reminds me of "precious heart romances" from there I secretly grab one and go somewhere that my mom won't see me because I'm just only in my elementary grade 6 to be exact. And still it's rated SPG . This are only few from my collection when I am on my college level and still have time to read this pocket book. But during those time ABS-CBN already played a afternoon series that entitled "Precious Heart Romances" a story from a book where I read and now they have a real human character. I was so happy because no more books and I super loved watching it and it's super kilig pag nasa tv but not everything happens on the books happened in the story on Tv. My Lover , My Best Friend -can you imagine from a lover to a best friend? If this is you can you still manage to be friend after break up? A hurtful break up. But this two person still manage to do that because it takes years to heal each wounds and open a next chapter of their lives. It takes 3days for me to finish this pocketbook and yes more pain,tears and happiness as well. Mixed emotios. And this story opened my mind that there are still possibilities for two lover to be friends. I also read a story about "Friends Forever" and it was a saddest story for me. A story of a single dad and matured 5years from a girl in the story. It was a loved , A right loved in the wrong time. They both know that they loved each other but the girl choose them to be a good friend .Why? Because she reay can't imagine her self to be a mother that time ,a mother of a one little boy that is not her. Inshort she choose her career that to be with the man she really loved. The question is did she regret everything after 2years? Of not choosing the one she loved over career? The boy has a stable job and own a house and a car and also have a little business. And yes! She regret everything because after a year or 2 she found out that her friend are in a relationship with her lover/friend. And that's the time she will confess her own feeling and decisions to a boy she loved but fate is not for them. The boy is happy in a relationship with another girl. It was really a saddest story but yes it's just only a fictional stories ,not in a reality but we don't know if the writer is in that situation or just an imagination. I salute to all the writers of Precious Heart ,most of their stories are good and people reading the story are attached and get emotional. That's the only way you can say that they are a good writters. And yes ! Time to time people upgraded , technology makes way for us to be more comfortable and make it easier to read . Nowadays there are many applications where you can read story or a novel and it's up to you to choose what application you like. Wattpad Dreame Globook Go novel This are the application that I installed before but now I stopped it because of the radiation of the cellphone on my eyes. But if I choose gadgets over the pocket book itself I would still rather choose pocket books. It can't harm my eyes. And still time management is needed . How about you? "A little story of my life" I am a girl as you see in my profile. A woman who always try to laugh even life is full of sucks. I am 27years old now and have two kids and ofcourse I am already married at the age of 18years old while I'm on my 2rd year college. My life from the start I think is okey but at the middle I don't know where my life is or "what is my life going through". I was living with my grandmother and grandfather since my mother gave birth to me. She spent almost a year or 8months and they don't have a choice but to go far away to make money and support my needs as their first born child though it's just 3hours a way from home. My grandfather was a hands on father to me as he makes a story of my childhood months before I get married. He always carry me at midnight when I was months old since I am a crying little baby before and I don't stop crying until 3-4am in the dawn. When times passed by I am already in my kindergarten when my mother gave birth to the second baby and it's a girl. Yeah I am "ATE" and I need to be an ate ,my mother stops to work and stay in the house for 1year and yes she left my little sister too in my grandmother and ofcourse I need to help my "nanay/grandma" to take care of my little sister ,it's not literally that I need to taking care of her fully since I am just only in kindergarten. And yes I still remember. Sometimes I need to look after here when I'm home and as an ordinary children who plays a lot after school ,me? Well maybe 3 or 4 times a week is better than nothing. Until time passed by and I am grade 5 and my sister started to go to school I am the one who always looked for her in recess and lunch break. And started thinking what if my mother is here ? What if like some of the other students their mother are always their during events or lunch break. Yeah I wasn't able to feel that one when I am in grade 1 ,2,3,4,5 and I feel so pity for my little sister that even she also experienced this one although yes my grandmother sometimes are always there but mostly my auntie is the representative oh divah ! But Still I don't have a choice but to pursue my studies and continue living like nothing extra baggage in my heart and in my life. Yes I am in my middle school and another news my mother is pregnant and it's a boy ,I am very happy but sad because I need to take care a baby again and this time I can managed and my grandma become weak because of the illness she's suffering and I need to be more patient enough to spendmt most of my time to my sister and little brother .My childhood is not easy and it is so extraordinary . Extra work ,extra understanding ,extra love and extra effort and patience. I really wanted to burst out to my mom and father too because they left me extra bagges without even thinking if I myself also have a hard time and extra loads too . But I can't complain and I won't because in my side profile I just need to be more understanding. But even though I suffered a lot of effort I am still a failure. Failed for everything , failures are in my system and always being compared to others . From then I became so hard , become a bad girl and inshort I suffered a lot of depression and no one knows I am in that stage already. I started hating my life ,my mother father and my family. To make my story short I am lost .!!!

A blessing Happy 9th birthday I never dream to have a kid or become a mom at the early age. I didn't expect for you to come in my life. You are God's first blessings to me and to your Papa ,during my pregnancy and my first time pregnancy is very difficult. My 1st and 2nd trimester is the worst ever where my life become upside down. Your Papa and I always argue with things that is nonsense and I know that I just want to cry and argue things that lead us to break up. Yes we decide to break because of my unexplained attitude. He can't go home to my boarding house before without war haha. And if he go without telling me another war and he go inside the room another war haha. He want to break up with me that day in my 4th month pregnancy because he can't take me anymore haha and I said okey sure but we both crying. And he said he loved me so much but he can't take me anymore. And then the next day our Land lady talk to him and tell me about my condition that he needs to be more patient and understanding. Na "naglilihi nadaw ako sa kanya" Hindi ako pili sa pagkain noon at walang morning sickness pero siya Ang kawawa kasi noong 2nd-6months ko siya pala Ang nalilihian ko. And because we are both first time we don't know what's going on that time. Until he sad sorry to me after having time talking to my Land lady. And after that of course still we have right but we know and I know how to control my emotions. And here you are ,the moment you went out to my womb. You are so handsome baby boy and a clean one. Your Lola and tita is also there to check on you good thing I deliver normal. Your so cute handsome. And now your 9years old how time flies so fast my big boy. And this one is your 7th birthday and that was months ago before we arrived in the Philippines and your Papa is 3yrs absent before and me 2 birthday of you that I am not in your side. You looks so happy here my big man. It was just a plain merienda because your busy swimming in the inflatable pool with your friends. Your now 8th yrs old and this photo and we celebrate it with friends and family and it was dinner time we don't have lechon but we have foods of course haha. And your tita bake you a cake with some the cars pictures at the top since it was your favorite before. And now that you are 9years old kuya God know how happy I am that you are my first born ,you now know how to handle you brother and you doing great as a kuya. Mama is so happy that you came into my life.

"Amanda makes me cry" Yesterday around 3pm while looking at an online platform, the movie titled "Amanda" went through my feeds and I told myself that I wanted to watch it tonight because I was busy yesterday so even if I watch it, I can't concentrate. Because I want to watch a movie like this, the surroundings are quiet, I just really focus on the movie so that I can better understand and feel the side of each character there. It's trending now because it's about the story of "bestfriends"Yesterday around 3pm while looking at an online platform, the movie titled "Amanda" went through my feeds and I told myself that I wanted to watch it tonight because I was busy yesterday so even if I watch it, I can't concentrate. Because I want to watch a movie like this, the surroundings are quiet, I just really focus on the movie so that I can better understand and feel the side of each character there. He's trending because he's about the story of bestfriends. And I was so intrigued that I would watch him. And I was so intrigued that I should watch it. It was 9pm when we were in bed and I started watching. First 30minutes of the story, the role of the woman is funny while the boy is simple, just go with the flow, no matter how much his friend being so annoying, kalog,jologs etc. he is very supportive,he is always there no matter what and I really admire the man. I hope I also had this bestfriend who is a man who can defend me in everyone and accompany all your trips/journey. I noticed the girl during the movie was, the girl you thought she was really strong but deep inside she was weak so his bestfriend couldn't leave her because he knew that the woman's attitude was only strong outside but weak inside. Matapang pero minsan Wala sa lugar haha. Joker pero minsan Waley . He really loved the boy but I know she just kept it inside ,saying a joke na sana siya nalang pero ayaw din seryosohin ng lalaki. She really want the boy to stop the marriage but still the girl choose her ex finance and they get married. I know it is really painful for his best friend but still as a best friend he supported the choice of her best friend if that's what makes her happy. Until AMANDA and his husband separated and finally AMANDA'S best friend took her but to think that his best friend had a relationship. He already has a girlfriend, but AMANDA is also very supportive for his best friend. Until one day they found out that AMANDA was pregnant and he was the one who helped her during her pregnancy and before she gave birth, AMANDA found out that his best friend and his girlfriend was already broke up. Because the gf decided to come back with the ex. That's why the boy paid more attention to Amanda and her future child. And it was only then that the man realized that he loved Amanda and he knew that even her future child would love him as if he were hers. But if destiny decides,if your not meant to be you won't really be you. As he waits outside the Delivery Room he imagines what his life will be like with her most beloved AMANDA and her child that he will treat her to like his own. Happy, mixed with fear he feels as time goes by. But when the doctor came out he almost lost in his mind the life he imagined their life, after everything was over and he almost flew to the Room where his bestfriend AMANDA was there who had died during labor. Yes ! AMANDA is dead. Sobrang sakit. Yung iniimagine muna ang future mo kasama ang taong mahal mo ay biglang nag laho nalang bigla, ay para bang pinag kaisahan siya ng mundo. Pag Hindi talaga kayo ay hindi talaga magiging kayo.

I think I'm drunk because I'm already on my 3rd song and never stop singing broken hearted songs. Still few drops of tears fall down ,masakit kasi bawat bigkas ko ng kanta sobrang sakit. And I didn't noticed Troy is on my side watching me singing a song and to my surprise my friend Irish took a photo of us while Troy watching me.
