Expanding our comfort zones! Often it is said that to achieve something, we need to come out of our comfort zone. For a lazy person who is sleeping, it is said that his destiny also sleeps with him. To achieve anything in life, one should have the courage to come out from their lazy habits, to come out from the cycle of procrastination, of being lazy, of pushing the work farther and delay it without any reason till it is deadline and the work or exam is just about to happen! There is a popular saying that success and our dreams always lie in a place that is beyond our comfort zone and if we want to make our dreams a reality, we have to come out of our comfort zones and do hard work and make it consistent as well as be honest with it. However, not all those do hard work are achieving success or are sitting at the top of their leagues and dreams, since this world is not binary and not every action gets a desired reaction or outcomes. This world has different rules and ways and not hard work but hard work in smart ways is what makes all the difference! Hence, there is a secret to reach our dreams without just jumping out from our comfort zones, and that is to expand our comfort zones itself! When we expand our comfort zones, it doesn't matter how much far away our dreams and success is far from us, our infinite ability to self-expand eventually gulps the success down into our hands! But this life hack does require a little amount of sacrifices and consistency! For example, let's say a high-school student has to travel a very long distance to study to get a better future for himself, and many people will give them philosophical statements like, do hard work now and enjoy later in future, or your future will be so bright, make your present do the work etc, etc, and people will try to convince him to travel such long distances walking/bicycling for to study in the school. This is him getting out of his comfort zone. But, what expanding his comfort zone will simply is so smart and cool, all that the student has to do is to take out some of his spare time off and give tuitions to some primary or elementary school students and use the money so earnt to buy train tickets for his travel to his high-school, making not only his life easier but also much much more efficient! We can always use whatever resources we have for these type of life hacks, we can always use spare cash to save time, we can take help from others by leveraging our good relationships with them, we can always have a backup plan and we can always be unapologetically self-centered and care for ourselves and love ourselves and spend on ourselves without feeling guilt to make our life oh so easy! Expanding our comfort zones hence makes it very easy to slowly and gradually achieve our dreams and success and milestones that others think and try to only achieve by working tremendous hard work and putting efforts when they too can save their time and efforts by spending whatever they have on themselves instead of saving much for future, because after all, who except God knows the future?! Cheers!

Gratifications, sometimes need to suppress them! Since the day we are born, we have always looked at the world with awe and excitement. The world is filled with so many tempting stuffs that we sometimes lose our control in order to get them. As human beings, we are always greedy by nature. Greed runs in our veins like red blood and in this greed we commit actions that have disastrous consequences! In our limited lifetime and span, we know that we can't have everything we want and love, we have to sacrifice something all the time. We all have a need to enjoy having our gratifications fulfilled, to get the cozy comfort we think we deserve. We dream of a life without tensions, worries, stable and attractive, which make other envy and we own it and control it like a boss. Our need and gratifications have no limits, from getting the window seat in a plane, train or car, opportunity to get the seat right under a fan in classrooms, to get special privileges in any sector, to be part of something to boast about, to get some precious achievements, to get a good job with many promotion opportunities, to have a business that gets profit all the time to have a partner who will stand by us all the time for life, to be able to afford whatever we wanna buy, to be able to have whatever we demand every time, to have all attention and limelight on own, to put aside our ego and accept humbly for all gifts that life has given us and enjoy our existence for what it is without a mirage of a never ending greed! Although some of these gratifications can be called as "need" but if we introspect then we understand that it is a privilege itself to call something as our "need" which is a life of dreams for many unfortunate souls, sometimes when we sacrifice our temptation to achieve and fulfill our demands of dreams coming true, not only will we appreciate when something generous happens to us, making it more rare to enjoy it more. We should accept the fact that we are already fortunate enough to be able to exist and live and experience the universe even if the life span is limited, and hence we are all already winners in one way or other and even if some of our gratifications are suppressed, it is for good only! For when we start to suppress our gratifications, for when we learn to be able to adjust, for when we kill our short term pleasures for long term benefits, for when are able to postpone it even at the moment of just getting it, for when we are able to do away with out inner heart and tell it to not shout all the time for getting more, for when our heart becomes content with what we already have and gradually take baby steps to gain more, for then only we are slowly turning from a person to a mature soul and become independent from the world and its materialistic pleasures. Cheers!

Wants Vs Needs! We all are born in this world and got an existence. Upon arriving in this beautiful world, we have slowly learned how to live and how everything works. When we were kids, we enjoyed life without much worries, we were attracted towards cartoons, sweets, chocolates and toys, and often our wants were toys and stuffs which were so much expensive. And some of parents to make their kids happy would have bought them as well. However, as we grew up, we learnt that life is actually not so easy and to get everything, one has to do lots of hard work. Sure, there are exceptions in which some are very lucky to be born into super rich families who can afford everything, but for the average Joe like you and me, we always have to take into considerations of so many things to meet our little dreams. However, if we try to analyze that even if not everyone can live a life with everything they want, but everyone can actually spend a beautiful life irrespective of how many of their wants are met. We should prioritize our lives according to what we need and what we want. What we want and what we need depends on lots and lots of factors, it takes into account of our habitats, the way of lifestyle under which we were raised, the diseases that our bodies might be suffering from, the way we see the world and the expectations which are set on us! Sometimes, it becomes very hard to distinguish, and when we start to spend lots of efforts and amount into meeting everything we want, that becomes a way for us to get into depression rather than bringing in happiness since the more we meet the demand of our wants, the less possible it becomes to meet all of our needs. We should prioritize our lives and put our needs first, needs might include education, food, shelter, clothes, medicines for one's individual as well for family, a good home in a good and hygienic place, proper doctors and medical facilities, a healthy body. When we start to focus on these, and spend much of our efforts to earn money to meet these needs, our lives become so much easier and get filled with happiness and then we can save the remaining amount if any for meeting our wants. However there are many who spend majority of their lives chasing what they want since they are addicted with a high-status lifestyle and even when they might not be able to afford it, they are not able to leave the addition and fail to be content with what they already have. These leads to lots of problems including but not limited to debts, relationship problems, diseases that comes with hypertensions, no satisfaction with life and very high possibility to get into chronic depressions! Hence, it is a duty for all of us to self-introspect and analyze our daily lives and think about how we can channelize our efforts and meet our needs in this life and try to stay content with what we have, that will not only bring us happiness and health but will also open doors and opportunities for us to properly and slowly chase after what we "want" as well! Cheers!

Some facts about the universe I love! There is nothing more fascinating, engaging, debatable, unending and amazing topic to discuss than the cosmos and the vast space and the universe that we live in! The beautiful stars, the moon, the movement of celestial bodies, the freedom it offers to us! The universe with its amazing symmetries and mysteries has led mankind into mind-goggling researches which seems to be as infinite as our universe might be! Einstein with his theories showed us that the universe might be just plan flat and if that is the case, then our universe might be just infinite! If that is the case, the universe is so weird and looks so unscientific that it shouldn't actually make sense! For, in the universe, there are fixed laws of physics which are constant and no one has a clue as to why they exist and work in that way! so much uncaring, simply the universe does not care any point inside it, for it, all points in all of space and time is uniform. No preferred location or direction! Expanding, yes, the spaces inside the universe is expanding and it is expanding faster than the speed of light, and also we don't have a clue about what it is expanding into, and if it is finite, is there even a boundary?! Beyond human comprehension! Might just be a stimulation, but then again, why just like the universe if in real or simulation, makes no reason for it to exist in the first place all by co-incidence! Beautiful, I mean, the space is just so beautiful and I think it is installed in every living being to appreciate the beauty of the universe since the only reality beside our dream that we can see now is the universe! So much room for us to explore, just imagine, with newer and better technologies, how much more it is out there for us to explore, travel and find and gain much knowledge! So many mysteries, so much fun! If anything scientific has to be called as miracle or unscientific, it is the existence of the universe itself!, for mass and energy can neither be created nor destroyed, but they automatically exist in a finite or infinite amount in this universe since time probably never estimate-able! Unending mysteries, be it the universe's existence, or its physical laws, or its weirdness of being infinite or its own failure to control disasters in it, or the conspiracies it sets to play with contents inside it, all leads to the fact that we live in an awesome universe! For us, an intellectual species, the universe just might be the most awesome place to explore around, the oh so big universe filled with dead matters are there for us to explore, travel onto and experiment upon! The universe, space and our existence, all have surely some higher level connections, in a so perfect universe, it doesn't make sense that we just do exist by mistake! We have a purpose and the universe also does as well! Cheers!

Best investments for this life... We all want a brighter future, we all want a better life, and we all thus work hard to earn money and wealth to fulfill our desires. But, with so many ways to spend our money, comes the need of many options for investments. Investments and their returns are what we all look for, the best returns make our hearts delightful and attracts us towards these. But in our life, we can only invest in so much limited! I have thought about how we can all lead a fulfilled life if we can invest in those which impacts our lives most; they are in my opinion : Our body and health! Eat good and expensive foods, spending a lots of money on buying nutrition-filled foods, exercises, spending money on making our diets junk-free, investing in gadgets that can track our body attributes like blood pressure or stuffs, are never bad spending, but are the best of investments. When we are healthy, our body gives total support for our desires and we can enjoy our life without diseases and physical pain, it gives us immense mental peace and make us more happy than anything. Hence, investing in the construction of the building in which our soul resides (our body ;)) is one of the best investment! Investing for more time; time is the only currency in this world which we don't have unlimited amount in our limited life-spans, thus spending on any activity or stuff that can buy us more time is surely one of the best investment. Got extra cash? Take the ride on a plane instead of waiting for a train which will take hours for the journey! Save time, enjoy time! Investing to improve relationships with family and relatives; the amount of happiness and emotional stability, feeling of security that our family and friends provide us is never matched with anything else that gives! Investing on them, for their happiness, being selfless when it comes to them makes our lives all the more better, money can never bring happiness to a person who is lonely in life and hence, being selfless in terms of money and selfish when it comes to keeping our loved one close to us is the best way to go! Giving amount to those who need; if not donation, then just loan without interest, giving and helping people even strangers when they really are in need of amount not only makes our morals and principles brighter, it gives us immense happiness and content when the extra fund that we might have used to buy two unhealthy burgers helps a person to feed his family for one time, is something which is objectively good! It makes us a better person! Education; investment on our minds to become more educated and learn stuffs to keep ourselves updated with the world and skills that will help us to earn a passive income and for our own safety to earn a living if we lose a job or something, and hence it is always one of the best investments to invest money for education! And, there is still some cash if left after paying for the basic needs and these investments, one can always invest then in stocks, gold, crypto ;) Cheers!

Introverts, the very normal beings with rare blessing! Ah! I am an introvert, and not before long ago, I didn't really ever thought myself as normal just like other peeps are, I thought there are some stuffs wrong about me, you see, being alone and enjoying it, having few friends, not much of a hangout person, hating social programs like party or school functions, seeing peers having fun socializing and wondering how they can oh so enjoy being so loud all the time without being exhausted! You see, when extroverts would play all day and night, attend social parties, talking with random strangers, and having those small talks, literally, the inside feeling was that they are absolutely aliens and they are torturing themselves and having fun in self destructions! But then I started to realize as I started to learn more about psychology that a person can fall into a group of people in which they can be "normally" enjoy socializing with peeps without feeling exhaustive, rather they gain energy, quite opposite for introverts who need a lot of alone time to recharge and solitude is heaven! When I started to realize my identity and learnt that I am an introvert, automatically I started to have all my guilts of not socializing enough or making friends much fade away. I was happy with myself, I was happy of having the special qualities every introverts get. For introverts, the mind is always on fire while the physical body might be numb! When an introvert is in his comfort zone, on the bed, he/she can think about concepts and ideas which are limitless, which are so weird yet so interesting! From thinking about the existence of universe to the passing of time, there is not a thing about which they don't think about! Introverts can be often mistakenly labelled as anti-social elements or people who lacks social abilities, but the thing is, the word "being social" have a completely different meaning in the dictionaries of introverts! Introverts love to talk about ideas, have long debates on controversial topics and these are stuffs they are attracted to, to be forced to do small talks is their nightmare, these small talks and small gathering which gives extroverts dopamine and stimulation, is simply a waste of time and energy for an introvert! If you have an introverted friend, family member or someone who is close to you, make sure you should know the characteristics of introverted people, sometimes, introverts' acts can often be seen as rude or something, but actually, an introvert not talking much doesn't imply they don't want to be friends with you or they have no interest, it is just what we are! To all extroverts, ambiverts (the middle of extroverts and introverts ;)) and introverts, we all represent the whole of human species and it is our duty to use the special privileges we have got and use it for us! Cheers!

Some shower thoughts in recent days... :) You know the best place where we can actually think with full freedom and in a tension-free environment? It is definitely not in a vacation, or in the middle of a weekend, or some holidays. It is when we shower, oh yeah, when the body becomes wet and the mind becomes focused on nothing else but allowing the body to be engulfed with water, our spirituality awakens! I too just like you think so many thoughts during shower, and some of them that has quite recently came to my mind if you wanna know haha; The universe really doesn't care about us lmfao. For say, if the Earth got destroyed or vanished ow swallowed by the sun, Mars won't say, "Oh my God, I am coming to your rescue brother Earth" , and it will continue to revolve around the sun as it did for millions of probably billions of years. We underestimate our lives on this planet so much. Really, just think about human history going back till ages, we have all missed so much that has happened because we didn't exist, but now that we exist, we really don't care or value our existence and life as we should be. We take it for granted! There is no other living beings or organisms that wants to kill each other just like we human beings want to. Have you ever seen two tigers, or two lions, or two elephants fighting for no important reason? You will only find it in human species, which is the so called most intellectual species of the planet! Non living stuffs are so scary. Have you ever stared at say, a glass, and wonder no matter how much love or anger you show at it, no matter how much you motivate it, it will never, ever, for eternity, will never move from its place. Everything surrounding us which are non living probably doesn't even know they exist and that do feels so scary, is it not? :D Does anything actually lie "outside" the universe, and how can we call it "outside" because we simply can add to the boundary of the universe for all the infinite space and energy that we may call as "outside" of the universe When we cheat in an exam, the answer to that specific question is what we remember for a very long time than which we just mug up before exams. Maybe, cheating has something to do with our biological functions that stores the information we have cheated as some sort of special, hence I guess it would be a great idea to let students cheat, since the ultimate goal is to make them remember what they have learnt right? ;) Ah yeah, I will add more as I get more random thoughts, haha... Cheers!

Is being jealous when in love okay? If it is true love then maybe yes! Oh, some of us if not most maybe at some point have all tasted the sweet sting of love! The love for that precious one, when we start to slowly sacrifice our time in thinking about them, when we don't matter to ourselves more than them, when their happiness comes first, when they are the sun of our solar system and we vibe together, the common between us becomes an excuse to hangout and interact and the uncommon between us becomes a reason to interact more to learn from each other making us both interesting to each other ;) ! But, but, but, suddenly we see they are interacting with someone our unconscious brain might find as a "rival" even if it is barely a simple interaction about something trivial, our hearts race and our fears become ignited! We start to feel insecure, we start to look on ourselves to see what might be wrong with us lately, we just want to have all of their attention back to us, we need them, we crave for them and else we start to actually hate ourselves, since we can't really actually hate the one who we love truly! We become possessive, and a lot of jealous ;) We start to use all of our abilities to engage with them and bow down to their wishes, we show them that we love them more than anything else in the world and they matter life to us! And it is so cute, isn't it?! But, then there we start to think, is it really love and not anything else, because we have sometimes heard that in true love we always are happy when our love is happy and that includes even when they are happy to choose someone else over us. But it is so wrong! While overly possessive in every situation might indicate that it is not a loving but possessive relationship, when we truly in love with someone, the fact that we are sooooo much jealous of them being with someone else is actually a positive sign! In these situations, we show our love how much insecure we are, how much incomplete we are, how much unhappy we are, we become so much honest with them that it shows our vulnerabilities to them like a transparent glass and the love and care we hold for them becomes visible to them without shame! And it is cute, just imagine seeing your love being jealous and insecure when you talk to someone? Oh, he/she really loves you truly. And the covers on the true love are faded away and our love sees the eternal and never-ending care for them, they feel more special than anything else in the universe and we gain them back ;)! Because it is oh so irresistible! Cheers!

Can money buy happiness? Oh yes! We all have heard about the phrase that "Money is the root of all evils", or "Money can't really buy happiness" ! Indeed, most of the crimes that happen in today's world is because of money, because people do have a huge greed for money and why? Because money can buy them stuffs they want, fulfill their desires in this limited lifetime and hence, it is such a treasure. Money is good, money is important. But money is not just what we "want", money is something, we "need" ! While many philosophers might have wasted their lives sending out the negativities that the attraction towards wealth can bring, we can't help but notice that even for them to reach out to the public, or for even to publish their books and thoughts, they have had needed money! Can money buy us happiness? Happiness is a very subjective feeling. One can be happy on eating a slice of any kind of pizza while another might be sad that they didn't get that extra toppings on discount. Money can buy us stuffs which we love and like, and most importantly, require. Money can buy us good and healthy foods which will lead to good health, medicines and doctors which will help us to maintain our health, will give us a bit of respect in the society as well, will make us being burden-free over other people and make us truly independent! And the most important privilege it can offer to us is how and where we want to spend our time in, because, time is actually the only real wealth of every living being, we have limited life-spans and money can help us to utilize more of our time for ourselves than wasting it away for earning money or in other tensions which money can save us from facing! Money might not buy us happiness, but it can buy lots of foods and movies and a cozy bed to an introverted foodie who loves to watch Harry Potter! Is it not happiness? Obviously, it is! Having desire for money is never bad, to earn it not in wrong but in right and legit ways like doing a job in a well-paid good institution, or running a business that helps the society as well can offer the door to money for us. One should work hard, establish themselves, earn money and enjoy life and the perks that money provides! Earning money requires doing hardwork, which means we will utilize our body mentally and physically and it increases not only our productivity but also keeps our body and health in check because our body is like a machine. Doing work also helps us keeping ourselves updated with the world and helps us from reaching a point of stagnation! It helps us to increase our physical strength and mental capacity as well. Earning money and spending it is also a type of addiction which if we can channelize towards good reasons, it brings happiness not only to us but to our loved ones and also to the whole society. It helps us stay competitive with ourselves and we become a better version every day! Earning should never be the only focus though, but it never harms us to earn more, does it?! Cheers!

@cogitatio

Do ghosts exist? And should we be scared of them? Opinions! Ghosts! A mysterious being about which there has been installed in our brains to fear, right since we were kids. Lol, cute it is, isn't it? What is even a ghost? Does animal ghosts also exist or only human ghosts have the right to exist? Simply, we refer anything as ghost that, uh, you know, break our concept about death and disobeys the law that once dead, that person should remain dead, forever! Hey, we were all dead before we were born, weren't we, well before our creation? So, are we all ghosts? If yes, then we shouldn't fear ourselves, do we? Or are we simply not that scary enough? What even is "scary"? Isn't that a subjective term. The sea beaches are amazing place to be for swimmers, but for those who doesn't know how to swim, they will be really scared to go beyond into the sea, won't they? This concept that somehow we came into existence by co-incidence, and once we are dead, our existence can never occur again is one of a very hypocritic idea created by us, the human beings! I don't necessarily believe in it, for say, I believe, co-incidences doesn't decide what should exist and what should not. I simply can't come into existence just by "co-incidence". The atoms which is making up my body, they are all dead, they are as dead as the atoms which are the building blocks of the "Statue Of Liberty", so how can I be more alive than that statue? There is nothing extra in my body which is making me special and alive which is absent in the Statue Of Liberty, well up to what we can measure scientifically, obviously. So, there is something extra in my body except dead atoms which are not present in the statues which is making my body alive? The probable answer is, definitely, yes! Else, how can I be alive? So, what is it? My soul? My spirit? So, if we scientifically can't find what exactly is making me alive, is it not wrong to assume that dead people, just because their body is dead, simply cease to exist?! And if we firmly believe that dead people do surely cease to exist, then it makes perfect sense to fear them since they are disobeying the laws we know! But do we actually turn into ugly ghosts after death? I don't think so, well, who wants to wear such clothes and become ugly just to frighten the "living" people when if we indeed did possess the powers ghosts are claimed to have, we might just be doing a world tour, and then solar system tour, a milky way galaxy tour? Nothing stops us, we are ghosts so we can fly right?! But, we do continue to exist even after death, but not convinced that we actually turn into ghosts! And that's when we bring in the concepts and ideas about our creator! So, ghosts don't really exist but we also don't cease to exist after death as well! I guess that's contradictory? Or are they actually the same statement?! Cheers!

@cogitatio

Are there aliens? More possible than anything! Human beings have really a very curious mind, and see, how with the help of this brain and efforts, today we are the species which is ruling the planet, we can understand nature, we can predict nature, we can do experiments and to some extent, we can also modify natural phenomenon. Most importantly, as human beings, we have self-consciousness and self-awareness, which makes us different than other animals and plants. We are intelligent, we are decision-makers. But we can't really help but wonder, that, when we can exist on this planet, can there be life in existence on any other planet out there in space? Which we call as aliens! Now, there are many who would say, they don't exist, and reason? Because we haven't seen them yet! But as a thinker, in my opinion, the possibility of alien life in existence is close to 100%. These are the reasons that have convinced me, for; The universe is so vast, and expanding, expanding faster than the speed of light and if Einstein's equations and theory is correct, the universe might well be infinite. And in a universe which is so so so large, it certainly makes sense that, just like life has popped up on this small planet we call as sweet Earth, given favorable conditions, life can very well develop in far away planets since, if it can happen once, it can happen again! They are so far away from us that we can't communicate with them, neither can they, because, after all, the universe is oh so big! So, if they exist, they might be as wanting to reach us as much as we! For sure though, there might be very well life out there which might not be intellectual yet, say bacteria or small plants or animals, and there is no way they can contact us and unless we contact them or find them, there certainly won't ever be a meet with them! There might be intelligent life like us or they maybe are more intelligent than us, they might have probably found us as well or have traces of life on our planet and they might wanna colonize our planet? Lol, okay, this is not a really convincing reason, but even if they discover us, they probably still seeing images of dinosaurs since if they are so far away from us, light from millions of years back will reach them only now! So, will we ever meet them? Maybe, it depends heavily on the lifespan of human species and how much technological progress we make! If we are able to colonize planets and their moons in our solar system as milestones and expand slowly to other celestial objects like dead stars and human species start to spread as much as we can in the outer space, there will surely be a meeting of us with them if we have really good luck! ;) Cheers!

A world when crypto prevails Cryptocurrencies are no doubt the future of the world, the currency which is transparent, decentralized, trusted, secure and most importantly, which gives us complete control over our funds and the freedom that comes with it. But, currently, the economic and other circumstances becomes a barrier of us to use cryptocurrencies as a form of payment currencies universally. There are lots of reasons which stands as a wall to use crypto for what it was created for. One huge reason is much of the population of the planet is still under poverty line or simply they don't have enough funds to buy food, let alone, purchase gadgets to use blockchain and crypto and the internet. On top of that, there is huge illiterates who needs to be educated on how the basics of crypto works for them to adopt to this system and be a part of this revolution. But, optimistically and hypothetically, we can deduce some outcomes when crypto and blockchain will prevail and the traditional systems will be thrown out! There might be very radical changes to our lifestyles, and these might include : Eradication of corruption : Okay, a major reason why corruption takes place is because of human greed, who are corrupt, and their lust for money makes way for them to earn it illegitimately and because they use cash or online methods which are not transparent for public to see, so many politicians, cops, and rich people get away with it, and under a world of crypto, where everyone who is a public figure or representative of people have to disclose their portfolios in crypto, we the public can exactly keep record of them, and for those who doesn't disclose their portfolios to the public, well at the least they can be investigated by law enforcements tracing every bit of transactions! Fair and transparent election : Can you imagine the power of people when the voting process is completely done under blockchain. No types of voting fraud, no fear of people since they can vote from their homes, most transparent voting system which is publicly available for all to see including all political parties, full anonymity of the voters and no manipulation after a vote is casted! No tension of losing money by means of fraud, being stolen, being scammed : Since money is not available as in tangible form, no one can steal it and as long as they keys we have for our wallets, no one can steal or hack our coins in anyway! Less wars and maybe less terrorisms : Since most funds will be transparent for all to see, it will be very easy to trace down source of money if at one point the wallet address of a known criminal is caught. Environmental friendly : Okay, mining crypto might cost burning electricity which might be very harmful for the planet but is very less when compared to that which is caused by printing of money (paper which comes out after cutting down trees), minting of coins, environmental degradation for the existence of financial institutions like banks etc I guess there are oh so many more! The pros of such a world is really awesome, even though it comes with some cons. Will we be able to see such a world soon? Maybe in the next few decades! Cheers!

What exactly is love? A thought! Love, one of the most mysterious feeling? or an emotion? or just plain hormones? or a tangible neuron vibrations.. But, it is surely one of the most mysterious of senses we all might have experienced in our lives. We all love someone in our lives. Be it our family members, including our children or parents, spouses, or be it a friend we deeply care about, but we for sure do love many people in the journey of life. But the confusion arises when we start to love someone we have met with our conscious mind in action and then start to consider them as "our own" and slowly becoming attracted towards them. This attraction can become due to their physical beauty or appearance, their lifestyle and personality, their kindness or simply their status. And then we start to think that we might have fallen in love with that person and we can't live without them at all! And then we might question ourselves, does love actually exist or is it all attraction and hormones which makes us doubt that we are in love with someone and our life will be incomplete without that person! But true love exist in life, for sure! The love a mother has for her child can't be described in words, it is unconditional, defying the selfish nature of human beings, it is a love that arises from instincts and the survival characteristic we have as a species. Love it is, which should never be confused with materialistic attributes, since it is unconditional right! But, this love is very limited and can arise from a lots of factors, including biological, and neurons which might ignite a love a mother has for her child, we can't expect this emotion in any other relationship, or can we? But, it is love for sure, but it is very much platonic love. There is a difference between platonic love and romantic one, and in the latter, we not only start to care about the person but we want them to be ours in every sense, like physically, as if we possess them, we let them cross the boundaries of our intimacy and allow them to possess us as well. But then comes our confusions that is it really love? Can we really live without them? Isn't it lust or simply obsession? Isn't it simply attraction and will we love them without any materialistic conditions? Love, the oh so topic that many philosophers might have wasted their life to grasp about, legends say, it comes with certain qualities which might help us realize when love is love and when it might be not! A very ironic but sensible thought might be that love and the origin of it starts with having pity for another being, to have pity, empathy, an action to being a well-wisher for someone, without any blood or prior relationship might just be the start of a sweet love story in reality! To care for someone, to put them in the center and to forget about ourselves during the execution of the feelings, might simply be a litmus test resulting in positive for the definition of love! When we start to care about someone and we don't really care about ourselves in that, a selfless deep caring feeling with being pity and being empathetic for someone might simply be said that we have fallen in deep love with them, and it is not attraction or obsession. For obsession and attraction, it is "we" who we put first, it is our own needs which we try to fill, since our brain and heart finds someone attractive, it is the execution to fulfill our heart's needs when we start to care about that person, and the moment that attraction ends, the mirage of love might just be truly uncovered and we will see how unwise we were. However, when it is true love, it doesn't really really matter about what happens to us, if the person we love needs two kidneys to survive, we give it to them even when it means certain death, it is them who we put in center and it doesn't matter what their physical appearance or how they are, we still love them without any conditions, since we never really relied on those conditions. We loved them always, we loved them even when they might stop loving us, we love them even when it is simply one-sided, even when what they say to us or repulse us, we just can't stop loving them, since it is not their body or their soul or any attribute we love, it is themselves who we love and as long as they exist be it in the world or in our hearts, we will keep loving them. To have true love, one should also be in a self-loving state, for to love others, one should have true and positive feelings for their own selves as well, to know one's true oneself is really important, to discover what we are passionate about, what we love, our empathy, our dark sides, and to be able to become content with what we are opens that gateway towards us to be able to finding the true version of everyone else and then we can slowly, unknowingly fall in love with anyone and the sweet sting of love will bite us as a surprise! Cheers!

Money or Health? Maybe it depends We all are lucky that we were born and experience nature and universe and have our existence and in this life, we all chase something, which is our desires and to meet those desires we do lots of stuffs, put in lots of efforts and spend our time for a future which is so uncertain. In life, we get to know about how the world works and what we need in this world to fulfill our desires. We from the childhood see it, observe it and know it. We see how for even the smallest of our desires, like a small chocolate, we have to have something which is money which when we spend, we get what we want. Our brain programs itself after seeing it and we have a desire to own lots of such coins and notes! If we don't have these pieces of paper, the world looks empty to us, we are not respected much, we don't get what we desire so much and we struggle to meet our life needs as well! Money is important, it is really very important. Any philosophy that says money is bad and to want to earn it is greed is nothing but an excuse for a lazy person to not want to work! But, to earn money, one needs to put in efforts, do hard work be it mentally or physically, one needs to actively engage with the world and do productive and give proper outputs against which he will be rewarded with money. And to earn money, one needs good health. We really need good health. We need it not only to do productive works and earn money which in turn will help us meet our desires, we need health to actually enjoy the perks which money gives us as well! An unhealthy person can never really do good work to earn money and even in a hypothetical scenario that he is born with a silver spoon, in simple words, in a very rich family, he would need very good health to enjoy the money he already is going to inherit and to maintain it. As living and breathing organisms, our desires can never be pieces of paper but what those papers can do for us, for say, we like a $100 note because it can buy us lots of strawberries, but if we are given a choice between taking a $100 note which cannot be spent, or a bowl of strawberries, we all will choose the strawberries, why? Because we can consume and enjoy the strawberries and not the note of paper. Health is really necessary for a person and I guess it is more important than money, because a healthy person can earn money while an unhealthy person even with a lots of money can never enjoy his wealth. But it is only limited to a certain degree however, since except for very painful or allegedly said incurable diseases, most diseases can be fought off by good foods and immunity. Now, it is not black and white or binary, we need a balance of both money and health, the reason is, to maintain our good health, we need super healthy foods, protect ourselves from diseases by hiring doctors and buying medicines, to workout and exercise and live in a healthy and comfortable house and society, to have less tensions, to be able to afford the basic needs, to have a longer lifespan, to focus on things which make us happy, to have control on our life and how it should be lived, all of these are also very much needed to live a healthy life and money can buy those for one. So, I guess, we don't have to make a choice here, having a good health as well as good amount of money never harms, they are both essential to live a life we all dream about! Cheers!

Should we spend so much on space exploration? Maybe yes! We all love to think, to scrutinize, to check if what we are doing as collectively and individually is right or wrong, and ask ourselves if we are doing the right thing. And one of the things that is asked a lot these days of the modern world is about the huge budget we allocate to space agencies and space explorations. The arguments of those who are against our "overly obsession" in space science do have strong arguments, for example, we do have real problems to tackle and those really needs lots of funding, be they the eradication of poverty from the world, eradication of diseases by spending more money on medical researches, spending more money to improve the quality of life of us and to make the earth a better place than to spend time and money on stuffs beyond earth! Very true on a lots of levels. We should spend more money and time on stuffs on what we are doing on the planet and solve the problems on the planet itself. But I think, we should be able to handle both, the decoration of our planet and space exploration at the same time, and I don't think there should be any competition between them. Space exploration and the amount we spend on it is actually right according to me. For say, today, most of the things that makes our lives easier, the things we our technologies are dependent on, are very much linked to our progress in space science. Today, we use cell phones, texts, messages through internet and all these are only possible with the help of satellites which are revolving around the planet. Yes, without these satellites, we wouldn't have the ability to call, text, use the internet and so much like planes and GPS using satellites, these are all dependent on space technologies. Our lives will be oh so ancient had we not utilized our brains on space science. And the limit hasn't even reached yet, space science is a dynamic field, progress are radically being made which might prove to be a boon for humanity, for example, our growing population needs more resources and with the ability to have access to the places beyond earth is very much important! We can have more good land on this planet if we are able to throw away our junks and waste-products out in the vacuum of space towards very far away from the planet! We can use lands beyond the planet like the moon and planet mars, to use as a launchpad for many stuffs like storing if not using them altogether for colonization. Space science gives us a lots of privileges and is way more important than we can imagine, we just can't discard it by saying it is simply a waste of time and money since it is "all about finding aliens!" ?! It is one of the worst excuse to have and maybe we if can acknowledge the importance of this and balance it out against the negatives of space science, surely the positive will be much much more than the weight of negatives! Cheers!

Limits of our abilities, some stuffs which might remain mystery forever! Human beings are the most unique of living organisms. We are special, because of so many gifts from nature; our intellect, our hunger for knowledge and never ending curiosity, our ability to think, our self-consciousness. Indeed, using this gift from nature, today we are the species which is apparently ruling on the planet! However, even with so much scientific advances and the vast amount of knowledge gained, there might always be some mysteries of nature which will always stay in the dark! Now, some of these might stay in the dark because of our limited time as a surviving species in the universe, for example, human beings might never see the time when sun will collapse after billion years because by then life along with humanity might be long gone, but there might be some stuffs which will remain a secret even if we had so much of time and life spans! Some of these might include What's there outside of the observable universe! The universe might be very well infinite, according to Einstein's calculations, there is so much stuffs out there to explore, however, this is limited for us to actually observe or to know because since we know that the universe is expanding, and expanding faster than the fastest speed possible, which is speed of light or C, whatever lies outside of our observable universe will forever be out of our reach since light from those regions will never ever reach our planet and our eyes! So what is out there? We don't know, we can predict, we can speculate but we will never know! What happens after death! Okay, we will all die and then know, but not before that. We might believe in our respective religions, be the firmest on our beliefs, but it is "belief" and not "knowing". So, although our beliefs and faith say what will be our destination, but to see it practically before dying? I guess, not possible! Creating a living cell artificially out of non-living stuffs! We know what a living cell is made up of, we have created genetically modified items, created new organisms by cross-breeding, cloned, but these are all creation of life from an already pre-existing cell. We are so far away from creating life or a living cell totally artificially out of purely non-living stuffs and it might very well be something which will never achieve! To travel at a speed faster than light! Okay, nothing in the universe can travel faster than light, since it is the universe's maximum allowed speed according to laws of physics, but it is human beings who love to break the laws of nature for its own satisfaction, but this dream will forever remain un-fulfilled! Even in the rarest hypothetical scenario in which we might travel at this speed, our mass will completely turn into energy so we will not remain a human being any more so I guess that's the same thing! Time travel! To travel back and forth time is probably a wish and dream of human beings since ancient time, since when man started to understand and measure time, be it the ancient system of using stellar and climatic changes or today's atomic clocks. As thinkers, we love to contemplate the idea of going back in time and make changes to regrets we have, change the course of history for good, change the way nature works by making modifications in its very core, to go to future and see what the last generation of human beings look like and how much advancements and progress they might have made, but sadly, the laws of physics don't allow us to travel back and forth in time, time is a dimension probably and we move only in one direction apparently, which is forward and to travel through it and taking it under our control might always be possible in sci-fi movies only, but not in reality! There are so many things which will forever remain mystery and I will add more once it comes to my mind! For now, that's it I guess! Cheers!

Solipsism - Should anything matter? Maybe they are not even matters! As human beings, we often take pride on the fact that we are gifted by nature with the most intellectual brains enabling us to sit at the top of the living kingdom without much competition. With help of this brain, we have made so much advances and technologies that this world can be generally said to belong to us and only for our benefits at the cost of other living species. On species level, that is actually a pretty fantastic achievement and we can for moments in our short lives feel special to be on such privileged gifts, on an individual level, our brains, intellect and understanding of nature creates certain theories that may look weird but are actually very probable or very hard to disprove if they can even be and provides us a way to look towards the radical nature of the universe we are existing in, or may I say, imagining in! Solipsism is a way of thinking or can be considered a theory in which if we believe in, we will find that the only thing which we can know for certain is our own consciousness and everything else, including anything which doesn't belong to our own consciousness can be regarded as nothing but a fragment of our imagination. In simple terms, it means that, in the whole of universe, it is only me who I can be sure of existing, because it is my own consciousness which I can certainly know about since I am experiencing it, however, anyone else, any other conscious or living being might not even exist in reality and is actually a part of the universe that my mind has created for me to experience, making it a beautiful blending of creating and experiencing simultaneously. Implying that, everyone else in the universe except me doesn't even exist outside my own imagination and that this universe will end as soon I die or cease or I stop to experience it! It is surely probably one of the most of radical philosophical ideas to ever consider, although it is quite understandable why many philosophers have make themselves distant from this idea which shakes the foundations and fundamentals of their legacies, however it is also one of the most rigid concepts and the possibility to debunk this idea is very debatable! If it turns out to be true, then every individual consciousness including me who is writing this and you who is reading it can give a sigh of relief that according to it, for you, me and the rest of the universe is only a part of your imagination so not really anything to bother about much anymore, while for me, I replace myself with you while the rest of the universe stays intact! It is so simple, interesting yet so radical, can make one go into existential crisis or can liberate them from their ongoing anxieties, which is very subjective. While arguments against it can also be strong, but it never really is very easy to let go off it once installed in mind, I guess! However, I would say that although this idea looks like very complicated, if we apply some common sense, solipsism wouldn't make sense, since, to know that our own consciousness exists, we have to consider a lot of things as existing which is known to us and that includes physical as well as contradictory subjects like our brain neurons and hence, we can actually say that we "know" the rest of the universe as much as we "know" our own consciousness, and hence, everything is real! Cheers!

"Be content with what you have" - Is it a good advice? Maybe not Since ancient times, there have been many philosophies human kind have thought about and have tried to implement in their lives. Through this long journey, when we are standing on the twenty-first century, just like our technological advances and changes in lifestyle for good, today there are many new challenges as well which we face on both levels, be it on individual level or as humanity. Challenges we are facing as species is often spared from much philosophical scrutiny, part of the reason might be our intentional negligence when our unique ability of self-consciousness allows us to be selfish at individual level at the cost of species as a whole, we have however though created many philosophies which we face on individual levels. And as such challenges become more difficult, we create philosophies that enables us to dodge such challenges and move on without feeling guilt. One such philosophy is when we advise others to not be greedy and be satisfied with what we have and be content :) While this advise is correct on lots of levels, specially while addressing to the characters of human beings which can ruin them and society, like extreme greed be it for money or status or any materialistic things. However, I feel that often this can also misled us from our evolutionary gift that nature has provided us with, which is intellect and the use of it to know, have curiosity and the urge to apply the knowledge gained to fulfill our growing needs. For say, had this philosophy been implemented by our ancestors, who used to live probably on trees, and had they been satisfied with what they had, we would never had the scientific knowledges today to build the modern buildings we have built today. Or had they been content with simply their method of transport which were walking or riding on horses and camels and had they not struggled to feel their growing curiosity and built the wheel, today we would have no cars, bikes, trains or planes! Hence, I think although we should always be content with what we have in our own abilities and control and have no extreme greed for anything, we should however, appreciate the power of the intellect of human brain and try to expand our abilities in a good way to not remain stagnant and fall in the trap of laziness! Cheers!
