COVID 19 might end up becoming a global endemic and we will have to learn to live with it like we do with the cold flu
To date, the kill rate for Covid is much, much, MUCH lower than those other diseases you mentioned. Since the vaccine does NOT prevent you from getting Covid, nor prevent you from spreading it, and carries its own risks, I fail to see the point of getting vaccinated. IMHO the Covid "pandemic" will continue for as long as world governments can use it to control their citizens.
