So PayPal is going to implement true crypto wallets? I know that right now their support of crypto is bogus; you can buy "crypto" within PayPal, but you have to trade it back to fiat before you can withdraw it. Something else to watch: PayPal is notorious for arbitrarily "freezing" your account, during which time you can't withdraw your own money! I would NEVER trust PayPal with more than one or two dollars of my money. Their track record speaks for itself.
