One would think that the happiest #countries in the world would also be the #bestplacestolive in the world. But according to these lists, it ain't necessarily so! Denmark, Switzerland, and the Netherlands made both lists. Evidently, these countries have the happiest people AND they have cities that are considered the best place to live. Interesting lists.
