That looks and sounds like something really yummy! Unfortunately, we are not supposed to eat pork. (My wife is Seventh Day Adventist.) Just a few days ago one of the women here grilled some pork. My eldest son and I ate some; it was delicious! But when my wife found out, she was not happy! Back when we were still living in the USA, I tried to sneak a McRib home. Wow! That resulted in quite a lot of fireworks. So ..... NO PORK!!
