Duck is not a food that I eat very often. I have had it once when I went to a Chinese restaurant. It is a tad bit expensive to buy. Plus I watched an Asian chef on television prepare it and I don't think I have the required culinary skills to prepare it. But if I did, I would be willing to try these recipes. I've only had duck once. Many, many years ago, when I was out of town, I went to a fancy restaurant and got duck cooked in a plum or cherry sauce. (I don't remember which.) I was underwhelmed, so never tried duck again.
