I had to read through that whole recipe when I found out it was British, because when it comes to eating gross, disgusting things the Brits are one of the more “adventurous” countries. (Filipinos leave everyone else in the dust regarding weird, yucky food.) But despite its odd name, the recipe didn’t have any odd ingredients, and in fact looks pretty good! This gets the coveted Old Bastard seal of approval! :-)
