You want to be healthy? Choose a healthy company.. I've been thinking about this..and I found out and realized that I've been a healthy company to all my friends. Why? I make them laugh, motivate them, encourage,and bullied them 😝 but after bullying them, I make sure I prepare something sweet words or something valuable for them. If you both of your friend is in a depressing situation well, it's still healthy if you both know how to handle it instead of crying and making drama as if you are Sandra and she is Angelina 😝. Why not tell her to ; *Drink beer and eat some peanuts 😆 *Go out and have coffee then eat ice cream later *Watch sexy movies together and laugh if feeling horny hahaahahahah! Don't talk about how ill or frustrated you are in love or in life..it's not healthy to both of you who are in a depressing situation. Life is too short..if you want to be healthy, move, dance, sing, eat healthy, fall in love over and over, it makes us young, go out and feel the sun, drink the coldest beer, sip the sweet,icy chocolatey coffee,dress up, wear the sexiest and the most attractive color of your clothes, turn on the speaker and play rock song, scream, shout, express what's inside, don't hide the real you, be weird , be natural, we are human. You are running out of time to be happy, so get up , move and do the things you want. Stop being hypocrite. The more you show the real you, the more people will like you and want to be with you. I remember a random posting bad about me that I am flirt hahahaahha! Sorry, I am flirty naughty..I'm just being too sweet ,too clingy, and too friendly. I must join the club- - Club of The Reception sucks! Well, visited yesterday my friend's coffee shop. We talked a bit , drank brewed soothing coffee, ate garlic bread and hell yeah, spicy super hot dumplings lol! Good day ! 😘😘😘 It's Monday and if you hate someone but don't know how to say it to them just say this words.. "You are the Monday of my life ." 😝😝😆😁 Well, I'm busy from Monday - Friday morning. Since last month, I voluntarily cook the feeding of some kids in our place and prepare it and distribute it to them. It's a feeding project of our mayor ( the one who always present on my FB story 😆😝). But kids are picky on food..they hate veggies sometimes. Okay,just got home and resting and waiting for my juice ..I requested a fresh fruit juice and my sister who's expert making on that made it right away. A mixture of fresh mangoes, lemon, apple, and orange and cucumbers..hmmmm it's hot here like me 😊✌️ A photo yesterday as we ate dinner outside with fam. ❤️ Chikky

Goodmorning 😘😘😘 It's Saturday! 😁 Started it awhile ago with.., Coffee in the garden. Stretching and meditating in magic banig. Watering my plants. Making breakfast, a healthy one and not instant 😝. Back to the hut after and lay down while listening to our neighbor's very loud music. Took a shower. And now...posting in NA and chatting to my inspiration 😁😝😝🤣😆. Hi 👋 sweethearts 😘😘 I'm not so busy this afternoon and so, I did was all "self-love" 🤣 What I did? My squat and stretching and leg exercises to maintain my not so pretty well - toned legs ✌️ Asked the neighbor's daughter to comb my hair and massage my head. Eat squash cake. Drink my favorite tomato 🍅 juice. Took selfie of my whole body at the mirror and thank God for making me healthy and young looking 😝✌️ Btw, shhh ladies..we can do more and be like Martha Stewart.. believe me we can. Hi! Good afternoon,😘😘😘 Our two favorite pets Arrow (the chocolatey one ) and Ruffo (white ) is sick. They both have colds. Yesterday Ruffo was just sleeping the whole day at the hut and Arrow too. Maybe it's because of the weather..silly weather lol! I notice the veggies they cooked..it's super crunchy half cook and the grilled fish - juicier and so tasty... Goodmorning on the other side of the world 😘😘😘 Got early dinner - before 6pm with fam at the seaside resto (Curvus Resto) here in our place. My siblings wonder why I ordered this one..chicken in teriyaki sauce, mash potatoes and a handful of corn and beans. They knew I eat a lot..I'm a lover of unli rice 😝 but I don't know why I ,..never been overweight of too much carbs..too fast my metabolism is . Just woke up! Got hangover.. Had a karaoke and wine session last night with my sister in law and niece. 4bottles of red wine and hundreds of songs we sang lol! I passed out 2am. Hotness overload here ..45' today here and stayed on the shower for one hour.. I need a delicious lunch and wanna nap again. Just a thought! I was out for three days and as usual busy inside our house. I have a great weekend last week and I feel loved much by so many close people to me. And as a family routine every weekend, we go out for lunch or dinner ever Saturday and Sunday and enjoy each other's company since it's the only time were together. Btw, Chikky at the seafront resto. I love Summer! After a busy holy week of family gatherings.. I got sick! This is too much ! Foot allergies ( getting better though) Sore throat ( feels like hell!)
