Got the chance to fix my teeth and this clinic opens on Sunday. The nearest one and the closest to our family. I can say , she is our family dentist.
I regret I didn't took this course when I was in college. I'm the black sheep and bully before in engineering department. Didn't even finish the course .

Sun setting moment..
Such an awesome nap I had this afternoon.. I fell asleep after a very deep moment with myself while listening instrumental music. ..
I woke up because of the slant rays of the sun touching my skin from the window of our living room where I am sleeping in a folding bed. I immediately get up and fold the bed and make a cup of coffee.
Am so lazy this morning..and feeling tired, I always want to sleep..and I got the best nap this afternoon.
I need to settle and do some worthy things before dinner, I go downstairs and water my plants , feed our pets and chatting with our neighbor on the fence 😝.

Just got home from somewhere - (bought something for dinner).
Noticed my body while ago when I'm changing clothes..hmmm I need more protein for more muscles 😜! Or more carbo...extra rice or unli rice. I've been working out like four times a week and an hour every session..doing this regularly as it is already a habit.. I have a very poor appetite or maybe a very fast metabolism. And these past few days..I feel a little pain on my hips ..I don't know if it rheumatism or rising uric acid 😝! I'm getting old ..:((
Okay..I'm preparing dinner now..stir fry veggies and fried fish.
And...why so quiet here in NA. What happen to some noisy people who acted like the owner of NoiseApp? 😂😜😝
