In short , "I don't care" lol! "I don't care!" That's the best sentence when we care too much for our heart. Don't get me wrong, I'm a woman who promotes heart health and awareness. It includes literal caring of our heart and handling emotions. Well, our brains has the biggest rule in caring our heart. Expect me to share to you my heart routines everyday.
