I'm A Pasta Lover! Good evening world! Hi sweethearts! Yesterday was my last day at the resto. I have few friends there in the kitchen. The chef and his assistant..but they're so greedy of sharing their knowledge in the kitchen. I observed without their knowing how some menus were cooked. Actually I asked the chef if he could share to me his recipes of the following; *Sizzling oyster *Sizzling gambass *Beef Salpicao But he always forget it and it's okay! Anyway, in three months I knew so many menus. I know how to cook them . In short, I gain more knowledge in the kitchen working there . At home , I'm the cook. And in every family occasions ,you can find me in the kitchen together with my four brothers cooking. And pasta is my expertise! Lol! The photos below is my 10 year old book - Pasta - the crafty way! Well, it's so old but still very useful for me. Inside are just some I cooked at home..i have lots of books and all about pasta and how to make pasta recipes. Sadly some disappear but I have some of the menus on my tiny brain . My favorite is Spaghetti with just oil,garlic and chilli! It's very simple ,very plain yet very healthy. No need for so many ingredients. Only cheese,black pepper and the aromas of garlic and chilli make it more tasty and savory. Well, so easy now for me to discover more pasta recipes.. YouTube is just one click away! How about you sweethearts? What's your expertise in the kitchen? Eating?
