Chik Breakfast 😜 Just finished my very, very light breakfast sweethearts ko. A 🥣 of molo soup makes my morning complete. I just sauteed the molo balls (ground chicken wrapped in molo wrapper) in onions, garlic and I add one can of spicy sardines (555). Boil it for 20 minutes and seasoned with salt and powdered pepper. It's very light in my tummy and easy to digest and it's very nutritious I'm sure of that. Hot soup is so much better for my small tummy early in the morning.…
