On the other hand, when I do good things they didn't even acknowledge it or something like "hey good job" but when I made a single mistake, they will surely throw some hurtful words that will surely make me feel like I'm the worst human in the world. Even tho I got 99/100. They will make a fuss about that 1 wrong answer. Am not perfect. No one's perfect. If I do all the household chores this day, but I forgot to throw the garbage that I collected. For sure, it seems like I didn't do my best. Even if I hit the qouta of my sales but I failed to make a deal with one client. Of course, my boss will be mad for sure. What's my point here? All I wanted to say here is, give yourself some credits for the day you made it when you thought you couldn't. And you don't need their validation of of your work. Love yourself.
