This is my island home. To the left is the sea, to the right are mountains. At the foot of one of those mountains is where I live. Before developers came, our place was quiet. Some were even scared to go there once night falls because it was rumoured that an "aswang" lived in the area. An "aswang" is said to be an evil creature in Philippine folklore. It fed on babies, taking them from their mothers' wombs while they slept. Anyway, I took this pic the other day.
