So I made this no-bake mango cream ref cake yesterday, and it turned out really well 🥧 i ground 2 packs of #biscoff cookies which were given by my cousin. I used this as base and topping. For the mango cream, I mixed #Nestle cream, diluted #knox gelatin, evaporated milk, and condensed milk. I also added a small amount of cheddar cheese and then lots of fresh mangoes (8 pieces, i think). So the flavor and color are all natural. We actually ate some last night even though it hadn't set properly yet. Today, it's firmer and still very yummy. I seldom make desserts because I find it a little tiresome. But this was all worth it! 🥧💛 PS: my tip for a smoother cream pie is to use a blender 👍☺️ #Dessert
