It is okay to brush your dog's teeth. In fact, it helps to keep their teeth healthy and free from tooth decay because food can get stuck in between their teeth. When brushing your dog's teeth, use toothpaste that's formulated for canines. Do not use regular toothpaste because, as our vet advised, it contains chemicals that can be harmful to our furbabies. I did use Dentastix before. But my big dog just eats it up in a few minutes. So, it doesn't really do anything for him. When he began having gum problems, I began to brush his teeth every night using this toothpaste. The other pup is also used to this night time routine and is always so excited when he sees his toothbrush that it's just too cute. ❣️🐶🐾
